¡Hola querida comunidad! Quería haberles escrito antes acerca de mi cumpleaños número 33 el sábado 18 de mayo, pero es muy difícil publicar cuando los apagones no cesan. Como cada año, lo celebré rodeada de las personas que más amo: mis padres, mi hermano, mis abuelos maternos, mi mejor amiga, su esposo y sus hijos. Mi mejor amiga ha sido un pilar en estos festejos durante los últimos 15 años, aunque hubo una excepción cuando estuve de servicio social de urología en Sagua de Tánamo y la pandemia por Covid-19 nos impidió reunirnos.

A pesar de los molestos apagones, la pasé superbién. Solo tuvimos electricidad desde las 12:00 pm hasta las 6:00 pm, pero eso no nos detuvo. No nos faltaron las cervezas, el vino, la buena música, las risas y las buenas conversaciones. Al finalizar la tarde, cantamos felicidades alrededor del cake y fue un momento muy especial.

Lo más importante de todo fue sentirme querida y acompañada por las personas más importantes de mi vida, y todos con salud. Fue un cumpleaños lleno de amor. La vida sigue regalándome momentos increíbles, y con ellos a mi lado, ¡todo es mejor!

Hello dear community! I wanted to have written to you earlier about my 33rd birthday on Saturday, May 18, but it's so hard to post when the outages don't stop. Like every year, I celebrated surrounded by the people I love the most: my parents, my brother, my maternal grandparents, my best friend, her husband and their children. My best friend has been a pillar in these celebrations for the last 15 years, although there was an exception when I was on urology social service in Sagua de Tánamo and the Covid-19 pandemic prevented us from getting together.
In spite of the annoying blackouts, I had a great time. We only had electricity from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm, but that didn't stop us. There was no shortage of beer, wine, good music, laughter and good conversation. At the end of the evening, we sang congratulations around the cake and it was a very special moment.
The most important thing of all was to feel loved and accompanied by the most important people in my life, and all in good health. It was a birthday full of love. Life keeps giving me incredible moments, and with them by my side, everything is better!
