Hello everyone! I am here again to tackle what happened after our defense. For those who don't know, I uploaded a previous blog about how our defense went, and I am kind of sure that some of you have already seen it.
WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THE DEFENSE?
We just stayed for a while on our friend's terrace. They played an online game called "Mobile Legends," and I wasn't able to join them because I don't have the app and playing games isn't really my thing. So I was just there, admiring how beautiful our view was.
Me and my friends, who are also my groupmates, don't want to go home at that moment, so we thought that maybe we could have some bonding since it has been a while since our last bonding session.
Before that, we just went to a random store nearby and ordered the things that we wanted; we didn't order much since we wanted to save our money for our ice cream later.
After eating our lunch, we decided that we would go to the church to film a video where we had to do some sort of dance for our cheer dance performance. We stayed there for half an hour practicing, but we didn't get to film it since my other friend got shy and I was tired from all the dancing. So we just talked and said that we would just film one once we got home so that nobody could interrupt us.
We were just chilling for a couple of minutes until one of us got bored and said that we should get going to buy ice cream, so we agreed, especially because we were already feeling hot because of the weather. We went directly to the 7/11, but unfortunately for us, their ice cream hasn't frozen yet. So I told them that we could buy one in front of the shop since we saw a store that was also selling ice cream.

While we are walking, one of them suggests that we stay at the shore because the wind is strong there and we can talk about some sort of stuff as a form of bonding.
(Me and @ksunnixx were trying to avoid the sunlight because it is really so hot in there and we forgot to bring an umbrella.)
We arrived at our destination and found a comfortable place that had rocks, so we just sat and enjoyed the moment. We were really having a great time, and we kept on laughing because of the jokes and stories that we were sharing with each other. We kept on teasing my other friend about her love life because she seems to have romantic excitement whenever we mention a certain name. I was loving her reactions, not gonna lie.
After hours of talking to each other, we went to my cousin's store because one of my friends wants to take a video for the cheer dance already, so as a supportive bestie, we were cheering her up, but two of my friends are already minding their own business having their little pictorial 😭. I kept on laughing at her because she made some silly poses.
After everything, we finally decided to go to Lapyahan (the famous public beach in San Remigio) to watch the sunset. I haven't watched how the sun sets here for a long time due to the fact that I have to go home early every time I go out, but some days like 'that' day were an exception. I was indeed so happy to see one because it brings so much comfort to me, and I really love watching it, especially when I am with my loved ones, who are my friends.
Being with them, even for a short period of time, brings me so much happiness. Just being with them or having to bond with them after a stressful day or week will make all my negative emotions disappear. It's just that only they can make me feel the other type of happiness, comfort, and freedom that even my family can't actually give me. Don't get me wrong, my family also makes me happy, but not in the same way as my friends. I am so lucky to have them, Ily guys! ❤️
I'm so glad that we we're able to have fun even though it's such a short time. I can't wait for another bonding🥰

Yay! Lapyahan is the perfect place to chill.
It really is, specially when it is almost sun down and you can really see from there how beautiful the sunset is.

As students, it is important to maintain a study and life balance. Love that after a productive day at school, you managed to unwind with your friends. And no better way to unwind with friends than sit along at the beach hearing the sound of the waves while feeling the sea breeze.
