El Día de la Madre siempre ha sido una fecha marcada en mi calendario, en este día me encanta mostrarle de una manera especial a mi mamá cuánto la amo y cuánto significa para mí con pequeños detalles que sé que la alegran (mi mamá es bastante sencilla). Este año, ella decidió que quería celebrar comiendo comida china en un restaurante al que fuimos hace poco y nos gustó, así que sus deseos fueron órdenes.
En la mañana de ayer, antes de que se hiciera de tarde e ir al restaurante, me aseguré de estar despierta temprano para darle a mi mamá parte de su regalo, el cual fue un splash de bolsillo, una crema corporal hidratante y una bolsa de Torontos. Mi mamá, como usualmente lo hace, se alegró al recibir su regalo, ese es el tipo de cosas que a ella le gustan y, lo más bonito de todo, es que me dijo que sus hijos somos su mejor regalo (realmente ella siempre dice eso, pero aja, siempre es bonito que lo diga).
Para mí lo más importante de este día es que pude celebrarlo con ella estando sana y salva, porque, para quienes no me leen y desconocen esto, el año pasado a mi mamá se le detectó un tumor cancerígeno, por lo que tuvo que ser sometida a radioterapia y quimioterapia. Gracias a Dios, todo salió bien, aquí está saludable y vivaz como siempre... Sé que para mi mamá el estar sana y celebrar con su familia esta fecha especial significa más que cualquier otro regalo, ella es un ejemplo de que con una buena actitud, independientemente de la circunstancia, se puede llegar lejos.
Celebrar en familia, brindando por la salud, la felicidad y el amor compartido que nos une hoy y siempre, es parte de lo que hace determinadas fechas especiales, no importa dónde estemos o qué estemos haciendo, mientras compartamos, todo es más bonito. ¡Feliz Día de la Madre a mi mamá y a todas las madres de Hive! ❤️🌹

Mother's Day has always been a date marked on my calendar, on this day I love to show my mom in a special way how much I love her and how much she means to me with little details that I know make her happy (my mom is pretty unpretentious). This year, she decided she wanted to celebrate by eating Chinese food at a restaurant we went to recently and liked, so her wishes were orders.
Yesterday morning, before it got late and going to the restaurant, I made sure I was up early to give my mom part of her gift, which was a pocket splash, a moisturizing body cream and a bag of Torontos (chocolat). My mom, as she usually does, was happy to receive her gift, that's the kind of stuff she likes and, cutest of all, she told me that her sons we're her best gift (really she always says that, but aha, it's always nice when she says it).
For me the most important thing about this day is that I was able to celebrate it with her being safe and sound, because, for those who do not read me and do not know this, last year my mom was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor, so she had to undergo radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Thank God, everything went well, here she is healthy and vivacious as always.... I know that for my mom to be healthy and celebrate this special date with her family means more than any other gift, she is an example that with a good attitude, regardless of the circumstances, you can go far.
Celebrating as a family, cheering for health, happiness and the shared love that unites us today and always, is part of what makes certain dates special, no matter where we are or what we are doing, as long as we share, everything is more beautiful. Happy Mother's Day to my mom and to all the mothers of Hive! ❤️🌹
