First of all, I want to say that I am happy to see women in motorsport and French woman Michele Mouton shone bright during the 50 years in the World Rally Championship.
He ruled the world as a driver in notorious (and famous) Group B era during the eighties. He won some very important rallies and made a name of herself.
These days she is FIA Safety delegate who enters the special stages before competitors to see if everything is OK and that stage can go on without danger of someone get injuried of even killed.
She said that she will try to do something else but she will retire from WRC at the end for current season.
