Greetings Splinterlands and Hivers community, I welcome you to this Social media challenge in the context of its 6th anniversary and I want to take advantage of it to share with you one of the most promising phases of the game and for which I have been preparing for a long time now: Lands.
Saludos comunidad de Splinterlands y Hivers les doy la bienvenida a este Social media challenge en el contexto de su 6to aniversario y quiero aprovecharlo para compartir con ustedes una de las fases más prometedoras del juego y del que me he estado preparando desde hace ya un buen tiempo: Lands.
4 years after the pre-sale of Lands/A 4 años de la preventa de Tierras
The announcement of this new phase of Splinterlands was in October 2020 and the pre-sale took place in November of that year. At that time I was so financially desperate that I could only buy the spellbook of the project and although the pre-sale in the first weeks was at an unbeatable price: $10, my financial situation did not allow me to take advantage of this opportunity.
El anuncio de esta nueva fase de Splinterlands fue en Octubre de 2020 y la preventa se realizó en Noviembre de ese año. Para aquel momento estaba tan desesperado económicamente que solo pude comprar el spellbook del proyecto y aunque la preventa las primeras semanas estaba a un precio inmejorable: 10$ mi situación financiera no me permitió aprovechar esta oportunidad.
During that first round, 30,000 plots were sold, which could be purchased in 1 section (plot), 100 sections (tract) or up to 1,000 sections (region). Buying them in pre-sales allowed the owners to obtain lottery tickets to win artifacts such as totems or titles, but if you bought tracts or regions you ensured that you would at least get a fort-type building or castles in these lands.
Durante aquella primera ronda se vendieron 30000 plots que podían adquirirse de 1 solo tramo (plot), 100 tramos (tract) o hasta 1000 tramos (region). Comprarlos en aquellas preventas le permitía a los propietarios obtener tickets de lotería para ganar artefactos como totems o títulos, pero si comprabas tracts o regiones asegurabas que al menos obtendrías un edificio tipo fuerte o castillos en estas tierras.
Of course, the purpose of this new phase is to extract the different resources available on the plots in order to refine them and finally sell or craft them into useful items for the main game. I was just starting out in the game and although I was collecting money to be able to participate in this phase I still had a hard time gathering enough funds to at least buy 1 plot in some of the pre-sale phases.
Por supuesto, el propósito de esta nueva fase consiste en extraer los distintos recursos disponibles en las parcelas para poder refinarlos y finalmente venderlos o craftearlos en objetos útiles para el juego principal. Yo estaba comenzando en el juego y aunque estaba reuniendo para poder participar en esta fase aún me costaba reunir suficientes fondos para al menos comprar 1 plot en algunas de las fases de la preventa.
In the end, time unfortunately passed without being able to raise a significant amount to buy at least 1 plot and when the NFT bull run arrived in 2021 these assets were sold out very quickly.
Al final, el tiempo paso lamentablemente sin poder reunir una cantidad significativa para comprar al menos 1 plot y cuando llego el bull run de los NFTs en 2021 estos activos se agotaron muy rápidamente.
2022 the year of my first Plot!/2022 el año de mi primer Plot!
The bull market of 2021 and the huge amounts of profits that entered SPL allowed me to accumulate significant capital that allowed me to plan not only to take advantage of the new Chaos Legion edition, but also the opportunity to purchase a particular plot on the HE secondary market . Also take the opportunity to buy a totem that allows increased production, there are 4: common, rare, epic and legendary, the common one being the one that was within our reach.
El mercado alcista del 2021 y las ingentes cartidades de beneficios que entraron a SPL me permitieron acumular un capital importante que me permitió planificarme no solo para aprovechar la nueva edición Chaos Legion, sino también la oportunidad de comprar una parcela particular en el mercado secundario de HE. También aproveche para comprar un totem que permite el incremento de la producción, existen 4: común, raro, épico y legendario, siendo el común el que estaba a nuestro alcance.

What we knew about the lands until now was that we would have to stack cards to be able to extract the resources from the plot and depending on its edition, rarity and level the production bonus could be greater, so I was acquiring the cards that were within my reach since the very beginning of 2022, little by little but without pause I managed to get hold of common golden cards, while I was lucky enough to find some golden legendary cards.
Lo que hasta ahora sabíamos de las tierras era que tendríamos que dejar en stacking cartas para poder extraer los recursos de la parcela y de dependiendo de su edición, rareza y nivel la bonificación de producción podría ser mayor, así que fui adquiriendo las cartas que estaban a mi alcance desde el mismo comienzo del 2022 poco a poco pero sin pausa logre hacerme con cartas comunes doradas, mientras que tuve la suerte de encontrar alguna carta legendaria dorada.

2023 Revealing the lands of Praetoria!/2023 Revelando las tierras de Praetoria!
Finally in the second half of 2023 we managed to reveal our plots and observe what properties and characteristics each of the plots we bought have. The point that I decided to reveal my plot was in the Shu-Vu 094 region.
Finalmente en la segunda mitad de 2023 que logramos revelar nuestras parcelas y observar que propiedades y características tienen cada uno de los plots que compramos. el punto que decidí revelar mi parcela fue en la region Shu-Vu 094.
Lands 1.5
This is how the 1.5 Lands phase arrived and we realized that there are lands with 3 notable characteristics: natural lands that allow us to farm grains, magical lands that allow us to obtain research points in the context of "The Secrets of Praetoria" and finally the occupied plots that allow you to obtain Sps token from them.
Fue así que llego la fase 1.5 Lands y nos dimos cuenta que existen terrenos con 3 características destacables: tierras naturales que nos permiten farmear granos, tierras mágicas que nos permiten obtener puntos de investigación en el contexto de "Los secretos de Praetoria" y finalmente las parcelas ocupadas que permiten obtener token Sps de ellas.
Boost Packs
When we reveal the lands we can buy boost packs that will allow us to clear our land and raise a building without having to consume energy or waste time raising them. I bought the 3 packs and revealed my land which ended up being a natural common plot in the Shu-Vu region.
Al momento de revelar las tierras podemos comprar packs boost que nos permitirán limpiar nuestro terreno y levantar un edificio sin tener que consumir energia o perder tiempo levantándolas. Yo compre los 3 packs y revelé mi tierra que terminó siendo una parcela común natural en la región de Shu-Vu.
Managing my plot/Administrando mi parcela
Throughout these 3 years I little by little collected gold common cards until I had maxed out 4 of them and I was very lucky to get a gold ground class legendary. To stake these workers I require an amount equivalent to almost 50K in dec and a power core to be able to summon them on the plot. As a last addition we include our common totem for a production rate of 242 grains per hour.
A lo largo de estos 3 años poco a poco reuní cartas comunes doradas hasta llevar al máximo 4 de ellas y tuve la gran suerte de conseguir una legendaria dorada de la clase tierra. Para estaquear estos trabajadores requiero de una cantidad equivalente a casi 50K en dec y un power core para poder invocarlos en la parcela, como último añadido incluimos nuestro totem común para una tasa de producción de 242 granos por hora.
My future plans with this plot is to continue improving the production items, I'm thinking about upgrading the totem to a rare or epic one, while I'm accumulating my glints to get one of the titles in the glint store.
Mis planes futuros con esta parcela es continuar mejorando los elementos de producción, estoy pensando en mejorar el totem por uno raro o épico, mientras que estoy acumulando mis glints para hacerme con uno de los títulos de la tienda de glints.
Final reflections and my recommendations for the initiated/Reflexiones finales y mis recomendacion para los iniciados
Currently the lands are a long-term project, in fact we could consider this first batch of plots sold as alpha packs in this new phase of the game, so it is a great opportunity to take advantage of the bear market. The natural plots can be found from $14, the magical ones from $28 and the occupied ones which are the most expensive at $100.
Actualmente las tierras son un proyecto a largo plazo, de hecho nosotros podríamos considerar este primer lote de parcelas vendidas como packs alfa en esta nueva fase del juego, así que es una gran oportunidad aprovechando el mercado bajista. Las parcelas naturales pueden encontrarse desde 14$, las mágicas desde 28$ y las ocupadas que son las más costosas en 100$.
