A soulful Vietnamese soup at 341 Beach Road Pho

There's no doubt that Vietnamese food is recognized all over the world for its Pho. It's famous in Vietnam and around the world for the simple reason that it's so good!

I seldom go to a Vietnamese restaurant but tonight felt like this signage hooked me into ordering one of their best sellers. The "Pho Bo Tai or "Sliced Beef Noodles Soup" which is the first item on their menu seems to be the most worth it among all of the items available.

Although Beach Road is considered the modern side of the city, some places like this have a neighborhood vibe to them. This is the kind of place where I want to hang out and savor a delicious bowl of Pho.

I think the feeling of nostalgia in every sip of the soup is something that we should always keep within us.

As soon as I receive my food, I know from that point that it's going to be delicious. The warm soup is perfect in this kind of weather it just rained a while ago. The wind is a little cold, so a traditional bowl of Pho will provide the comfort that you need to lift your spirit.

In this bowl, it has flat rice noodles, thin slices of beef, onion, spring onion, bean sprouts, fresh basil, and a rich flavorful soup.

The beef is nice. It may not be a "wagyu" type but its combination with the soup makes everything better. Yummy!

My journey to the world of food.
