On our last trip to Portugal, while at the grocery store, we stumbled upon a Portuguese recipe book and my wife decided to purchase it. She was reading it yesterday and decided to try one of the suggested cakes. The title reads Perfect recipes to be happier and the first test makes justice to the name 😋
It is a three-day weekend in the Barcelona area, so last Saturday I decided to go to the grocery store and purchase some food to make sure we had everything needed for the long weekend. While at the fruit area, I decided to try the blueberries and got some so after checking she had all the ingredients, my wife decided to give a try cooking a blueberry plumcake.
It was still warm last evening so we decided to cool it down for the night after adding some powdered sugar on top of it. Today I had a small piece with my morning coffee and it tasted delicious.
