Dear Hivians,
From yours truly, here is an episode of a Monday that has been magnificent most of the way.
Morning
At 5:50 am I woke up, and I actually got up from bed quickly. That is a rare accomplishment.
Coffee was ready already by 6:00 am and despite having to get my daughter to school, I did a bit of work while drinking my morning coffee (I can work from home).
My daughter woke up at about 6:30 am and shortly after she asked why there were so many people gathered outside. I went to look out the window and remembered that there is a married couple here who has been married for 25 years today. A big congratulations to them! 🥳💪🏼
We went outside to be a part of the surprise awakening they were about to get. At 7 am we all started singing a customised song based on another song that I don't remember the name of 😂
When they were awake I went back inside to finish up while my daughter was celebrating them along with a bunch of other neighbours. It was a blast, and a perfect start to the day.
After my daughter got to school it was time to get on with it.
Work
I started out by replying a bunch of emails, troubleshooting freight for a specific area in a specific country, more emails, troubleshooting Shopify integrations and changing SKU on about 320 products.
I luv it 😬
The day went by quite fast to be honest and when I stopped working to clean the kitchen from this morning's use, I cut myself on a knife. A sharp knife.
Whatever you do, do not translate "sharp knife" to Latvian.
Evening
(so far)
Anyway, we prepared dinner and had a great time while eating, talking about our days.
Yummy!!
