Baking traditional bread to celebrate the Day of the Dead in Campeche

After returning to Japan, I have not had much time to sit down in front of the PC and write a blog.　Finally, I have been able to sort out a few things and have some time to write a blog about my trip to Mexico that I took at the end of last year.　I am sorting through my photos, recalling memories and immersing myself in nostalgic memories.

I was able to spend some relaxing time with friends I hadn't seen in a while, talking about old times, cooking Mexican food together, and baking bread.　My friend showed me the bread she bakes on the "Day of the Dead" as she baked it herself.　We prepared it quickly and efficiently and enjoyed it afterwards.

日本に帰国し、なかなかPCの前に座ってブログを書く時間が無かった。　やっと、色々と少しづつ整理がつき、少し時間が出来たので昨年末に行ったメキシコ旅行のブログを書こうと思っています。　写真を整理して、記憶を呼び起こし懐かしい思い出に浸っています。

久しぶりに再会した友人と昔話をしながらメキシコ料理を一緒に作ったり、パンを焼いたりとリラックスした時間を過ごすことが出来た。　友人は、「死者の日」に焼くパンを自分でも焼くのを私に見せてくれた。　手際よくさっさと準備し、その後に美味しく頂きました。
