No matter how demanding I am with myself in my desire to avoid problems and to avoid being affected by anything, it is impossible not to end up with some emotional affectation that makes us think about the reality of a life full of problems.

However, when I focus on living concentrated in thinking about the beautiful things I have in my life such as my family, and when I end up leaving aside the problems, then I end up coming to the conclusion that what ends up affecting us in our lives are not the problems, what ends up hurting and distressing us is the way in which our thoughts approach those problems.

A misinterpretation of something that happens to us can be seen as a problem, but if we change the focus from seeing and understanding everything that happens to us as a problem to understanding it as an event associated with the normal occurrences that can happen in our lives, then we will end up approaching these events not as problems, but as learning opportunities.

They are basically two factors that I consider influential in my life to face a problem, first I think about what I love most in this life, that strengthens me to think about the idea that no difficulty is above what I love.

As a second element I end up evaluating the environment in which the problem is developing, so that I can have an adequate approach to my interests, because when it is well evaluated I end up finding a solution, and in case of not finding it, I see it as an opportunity to grow, to make an effort and learn to improve myself.

That's such a great reminder! I completely agree that focusing on the positives, like family, can truly uplift us. It's amazing how shifting our mindset from seeing challenges as problems to viewing them as opportunities can make such a difference in our growth and learning journey. I also find that focusing on what I love and actively seeking solutions in my environment really enhances my personal development. It's inspiring to see how these simple but powerful strategies can lead to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
