Un saludo mi querida comunidad @needleworkmonday, nuevamente diseñando para la bebe Sienna, esta vez para una ocasión especial, pues se trata de un oufit para celebrar su primer año y el motivo de la fiesta es la hermosa y tierna gatita Marie. Este proyecto para vestir a Sienna me encanto, pues trabaje lo realice en conjunto con mi hija, ella se encargo de la parte del diseño de la franela y pinto la figura de esta linda gatita para hacer juego con mi parte del trabajo que era confeccionar el tutu. En realidad era mi primera vez elaborando este tipo de prenda, pero me pareció bastante fácil, solo tener un poco de paciencia al trabajar con este tipo de tela como es el tull en especial el momento de cortar y coser, sin embargo como estaba tan entusiasmada con este proyecto que me entregue por completo para que el resultado superara mis expectativas como tambien las de su mama. Así que materiales en mano que comenzamos con este nuevo proyecto.

I loved this project to dress Sienna, because I made it together with my daughter, she was in charge of the design of the flannel and painted the figure of this cute kitten to match my part of the work that was to make the tutu. Actually it was my first time making this type of garment, but I found it quite easy, just have a little patience when working with this type of fabric as is the tull especially when cutting and sewing, however as I was so excited about this project that I gave myself completely to the result exceeded my expectations as well as those of her mother. Iniciamos con este proyecto como es elaborar un tutu para la bebe Sienna lo use como oufit para su fiesta de cumpleaños. Primeramente estire toda la tela y corte el largo deseado de esta falda en tela tull, colocando la misma doble con una medida de 22 centímetros, la fije con bastante alfileres para cortar con mas seguridad y evitar que se mueva la momento de cortar

Aprovechando el dobles en la parte superior, lo vamos a utilizar como pretina, haciendo una costura del ancho de la elástica que vayamos utilizar, en este caso compre una del color de la tela para darle un mejor acabado. Cuando hayamos cosido, introducimos la elástica, teniendo la medida del contorno de cintura para poder cortar y fruncir la tela con este ancho, cosemos la elástica para unirla al igual que ambos extremos de la falda

Ya lo demás es gusto y creatividad de cada quien, me refiero a la parte decorativa del tutu. El la parte central delantera le coloque un lazo grande en color rosa que además decore con una aplicación de corazón bordado con lentejuelas, como tambien le quería agregar un poco de destellos de brillo al tutu le pegue unos mini cristales salteados por toda la falda

In the center front I placed a big pink bow that I also decorated with a heart application embroidered with sequins, as I also wanted to add a little sparkle to the tutu I glued a few mini crystals dotted all over the skirt.
