Yesterday, after the maintenance, new chests were introduced:
I took this screenshot after buying 100 of the ultimate chests (batch 1). The cost is 2500 per chest, for the first 100. That was before the nerf. After the nerf, the price starts increasing after buying 10 instead of 100, for the ultimate chests. These chests were also nerfed. The jackpot which includes titles, beta packs, plots, and a few other things, used to be 1% for ultimate, 0,1% for major, and 0,01% for minor. Now those odds were reduced by 10x, which means 0,1%, 0,01% and 0,001% respectively. Let's see what I got:
It looks like my chests were pre-nerfed because out of 100 chests, I got 0 jackpots. These were pretty bad. I ended up getting over 48k merits, which is good to help build my Gladius collection. I had less than 25 energy and it got me over 100. The bad part is that energy stops regenerating. Going forward, if I end up buying more of these, I'll do them in smaller batches, so I don't lose about 5 or 6 energy that would have regenerated and that I don't stress out trying to spend it. I got many potions. I don't even want to count them. Out of the cards, I didn't get much. GF Evelyn was nice because it let me reach level 5 with GF version. The 2 RF also put me a bit closer to max level. The 1 Will-o-Wisp was enough to reach the max level. The rest if the commons, rares, and epics are useless to me because I already have them maxed out. I got 2 copies of a Legendary but it's one of the few I already have maxed out.
Overall, very bad RNG in these. I'm very sad I didn't get to experience anything good before they nerfed them.
