En diciembre del año pasado mi sobrina me regaló un lápiz de dibujo, comenzando enero de este año pude comprar tres más y estaba muy emocionada por poder usarlos ya que jamas habia tenido la oportunidad.
In December of last year my niece gave me a drawing pencil as a gift. In January of this year I was able to buy three more and I was very excited to use them since I had never had the opportunity.
Para pobrar mis preciados lápices decidí dibujar un atrapasueños, porque me encantan, pero la verdad no fue nada fácil de hecho debo admitir que no estoy nada satisfecha con el resultado, hay millones de dibujos de atrapasueños en internet y al ver el mio pienso, Dios mio cuanta creatividad me falta! Y no solo eso, sino experiencia y mucha técnica.
To fill my precious pencils I decided to draw a dreamcatcher, because I love them, but the truth is that it was not easy, in fact I must admit that I am not satisfied with the result, there are millions of drawings of dreamcatchers on the internet and when I see mine I think, my God how much creativity I lack! And not only that, but experience and a lot of technique.
Si puedo ser mas sincera al verlo terminado lo descarté por completo, pero luego pensé que estos son mis inicios, soy una artista en proceso en realidad nada de lo que haga en esta etapa va a gustarme realmente, entonces nunca voy a publicar nada? Eso no tiene sentido, así que me anime y aquí estoy dejando un registro de un dibujo no tan lindo, pero del que sé me sentiré orgullosa más adelante... o tal vez no. 😆
If I can be more honest when I saw it finished I discarded it completely, but then I thought this is my beginnings, I'm an artist in process, nothing I do at this stage is really going to please me, so I'm never going to publish anything? That doesn't make sense, so I cheered up and here I am leaving a record of a not so nice drawing, but one that I know I will be proud of later on... or maybe not 😆.
Sin mas preámbulo los dejo con el paso a paso de mi dibujo.
Without further ado I leave you with the step by step of my drawing.
🌟Step-by-step🌟
Con el lápiz HB traze un círculo con la ayuda de un plato pequeño, luego traze otro círculo por dentro.
With the HB pencil draw a circle with the help of a small plate, then draw another circle on the inside.
Luego dividí el círculo en cuatro, trazando una línea horizontal y otra vertical, procurando hacerlas lo mas centradas posible.
Then I divided the circle into four, drawing a horizontal and a vertical line, trying to make them as centered as possible.
Luego marque un pequeño círculo en todo el centro de la cruz que se formo al trazar ambas líneas y comencé a dibujar las redes de mi atrapasueños, haciendo como esta especie de lágrimas o pétalos. La verdad este fue uno de los pasos mas difíciles y tediosos, ya había hecho un atrapasueños antes y no recordaba lo difícil que era hacer la red. 😝🥵
Then I drew a small circle around the center of the cross that was formed by tracing both lines and began to draw the nets of my dreamcatcher, making this kind of tears or petals. The truth this was one of the most difficult and tedious steps, I had made a dreamcatcher before and I didn't remember how hard it was to make the net. 😝🥵
Luego continúe haciendo los demás detalles cómo el marco del atrapasueños, las plumas y demas accesorios, como les dije al principio este boceto lo realicé con un lapiz HB.
Then I continued making the other details such as the frame of the dreamcatcher, the feathers and other accessories, as I said at the beginning, this sketch was made with a HB pencil.
Luego comenzó la parte que más estaba esperando y era usar por primera vez mis lápices de dibujo. 😍
Para la red use el lápiz mas oscuro que es un 8B
Para el marco usa con combinación de 4B para las zonas mas oscuras y 2B para las zonas mas claras.
Hice exactamente el mismo procedimiento para las plumas y demás accesorios del atrapasueños.
Then began the part I was most looking forward to and that was using my drawing pencils for the first time. 😍
For the net I used the darkest pencil which is an 8B.
For the frame use with combination of 4B for the darker areas and 2B for the lighter areas.
I did exactly the same procedure for the feathers and other accessories of the dreamcatcher.
And this was the final result.
Cómo dije al principio no estoy muy orgullosa de este dibujo pero la verdad me siento muy feliz porqué por fin pude estrenar mis lápices de dibujo, tengo que seguir practicando y aprender como usarlos bien para saguir trayendoles más dibujitos y mas de mi experiencia en el arte, que dicho sea de paso no esta siendo nada fácil, pero lo estoy disfrutando. ❤️🥰
As I said at the beginning I'm not very proud of this drawing but the truth is I feel very happy because I could finally use my drawing pencils, I have to keep practicing and learning how to use them well to continue bringing you more drawings and more of my experience in art, which by the way is not being easy at all, but I'm enjoying it. ❤️🥰

Me recordaste cuando yo usé también por primera vez lápices de dibujo. Fue en bachillerato cuando ví Dibujo técnico. Escribir y trazar con esos lápices oscuros me encanta. Claro hay que tener cuidado de no manchar la página.
