In Indonesia with high intensity of sunlight, also dried land, water spinach is great option for easy-to grow-vegetables. Easy to grow, that is why in the market the price of water spinach (kangkong) is really cheap here.
Water spinach also can be grow easily with no fertilizer. Also can be harvest within 3-4 weeks. Short time rather than other type of veggies.
So for those reasons, we can use water spinach to maximize the land. Better to plant the land with water spinach than just empty and fulfilled with wild grass. 😊

So amazing, by the way i love spinach since ever especially when it puts to a pizza flavor i super love spinach.
Here usually we just stir-frying the water spinach 🙂
Just like that, this work is also not easy, you have to work hard, you have to water on time and you have to take care of many things, then you get a nice garden.
