Lo que voy a compartir hoy, para mí es muy básico y sé que es una necesidad para la efectividad y productividad en el mundo del emprendimiento.
Al recorrer esta comunidad y además de mi poca experiencia como joven emprendedor, he notado que este componente básico es lo que necesitamos para comenzar, continuar y terminar, mis razones para concluir es que he visto muchos derrumbarse incluso En la cima de su compromiso, también he visto por qué muchos en el camino de la vida, pero más aún en nuestro campo, sólo terminan en el punto de soñar. Habiendo considerado todo esto, decidí compartir mi flujo de pensamiento aquí en la comunidad y sé que será de gran bendición. más aún, realmente deseo ver sus comentarios en relación con este tema.
El componente básico del emprendimiento es mi tema de consideración hoy, cuando digo conceptos básicos me refiero al componente fundamental que da origen a otros componentes importantes como "oportunidades, capacidades y recursos". Coincido conmigo en que todos ellos son producto de mis consideraciones. En mi opinión, esto es básicamente lo que podemos poseer y patrocinar el principio hasta el final de nuestros proyectos y actividades, y también es lo que podemos dar a nuestro entorno, fácilmente y en cualquier momento sin estrés ni presión. Cada vez que pierdes estos componentes básicos, estás solicitando conscientemente perder relevancia.
Tengo que mencionar esto hoy, porque he visto a muchas personas subestimar estos componentes pero quieren volar más alto en la vida. este componente exige la máxima atención y es importante decir en este punto que si lo tienes debes valorarlo, protegerlo y guiarlo con toda diligencia, si no los tienes tendrás que pagar el precio para asegurarlo. , porque son los conceptos básicos para la productividad y la sostenibilidad. Analizaremos "Inspirar, energizar y empoderar"
INSPIRACIÓN
Para todo emprendedor, esto es muy clave, todo emprendedor es un luchador por naturaleza y tiene un verdadero espíritu de lucha. La inspiración es ese espíritu que lo motiva o lo insta a luchar incluso contra viento y marea, son esos sentimientos positivos los que lo impulsan a uno a dar un paso adelante. de la caja, con movimientos que mejorarán la productividad, donde haya poca o nula inspiración, muchos sueños e ideas solo existirán en la mente.
Un emprendedor es fundamentalmente una inspiración para la sociedad y para el mundo en general, las cosas que hacemos, ya sea en el éxito o en el fracaso, juega un papel importante en la vida de las personas que viven a nuestro alrededor, puede despertar la fe o caer en la depresión.
Como sabemos que el emprendimiento no es sólo un acto sino un estilo de vida, debemos esforzarnos en sostener nuestra inspiración para inspirar por defecto a las personas que viven a nuestro alrededor, tus motivaciones crean posibilidades que no existían y hacen visible lo que nunca se vio. Debes mantenerte motivado para inspirar a otros y aquellos a quienes inspiras, ayuda a construir una red positiva y poderosa. La razón por la que todavía estás causando sensación es porque eres una fuente de inspiración para muchos, el día que pierdes la inspiración, se activa tu viaje fuera de la relevancia. Mantenga su inspiración para construir una comunidad de personas inspiradas y motivadas.
ENERGIZAR
Todo emprendedor productivo es un portador de energía, la energía que nuestra sociedad necesita está en nosotros, somos dinamizadores por defecto, tenemos que hacer que esta energía fluya a través de nosotros hacia todos los que la necesitan, el verdadero espíritu de un emprendedor. Es muy contagioso, no es difícil contagiarse siempre que haya un encuentro con ellos.
Esta energía no sólo crece de forma predeterminada, sino que debes hacerlo intencionalmente mediante un compromiso efectivo; cuanto más te involucras, más fácil es compartirla. esto no puede ser hablando sino que debe verse por tu productividad y eficiencia. Les digo por mis experiencias que estos dos muchachos (productividad y eficiencia) tienen una voz que es más fuerte que todo el esfuerzo humano conjunto, cuando se energiza, le habla a los territorios, regiones, autoridades y principados. Hay muchos jóvenes emprendedores que necesitan esta energía y, por lo tanto, debemos desarrollar toda su capacidad para permitir que fluya según sea necesario.
EMPODERAMIENTO
Para mí, esto es una combinación de los dos primeros componentes mencionados anteriormente, es la autoridad para actuar, y eso solo es posible cuando has sido inspirado y lleno de energía, la inspiración y la energía te mueven a la acción sin miedo al fracaso. , esto es lo que hace que un emprendedor se involucre en riesgos como si no hubiera barrera o desventaja, esta es la fuerza que hace que uno solo vea positividad y efectivamente reduce la magnitud del efecto negativo, tanto que el miedo muere de muerte natural.
Esto es muy importante porque lo que vemos y sentimos crea posibilidades alrededor de nuestra área de influencia, lo que no puedes ver, no te puede asustar, si todo lo que ves es positivo, entonces el empoderamiento llegará para una implementación efectiva con muy poco o ningún estrés.
Si revisas cuidadosamente la comunidad #be-entrepreneur, verás que este componente se desarrolla en cada publicación, por lo que quiero decir que esta comunidad es uno de los mejores lugares en los que un emprendedor debe estar para que estos componentes se mantengan vivos y activos. , también diré que prácticamente expones tu mente a entornos donde puedes acceder a la ventilación, ver cosas nuevas y respirar un poco de aire fresco para mantenerte INSPIRADO, ENERGIZADO Y EMPODERADO". What am about to share today, for me is very basic and i know that its a necessity for effectiveness and productivity in the world of entrepreneurship.
As i went through this community and in addition to my little experience as a young entrepreneur, i have noted that this basic component are what we need to start , continue and finish, my reasons for the conclusion is that i have seen many crash down even at the peak of their engagement, I have also seen why many in the journey of life but more so in our field, only end up at the point of dreaming. Having considered all this, i decided to share my flow of thought here in the community and i know it will be of a huge blessing. more so i really desire to see your input as its relates to this subject matter.
Basic Component of entrepreneurship is my subject of consideration today, when i say basics i mean the foundamental component that give birth to other major components like "opportunity, capabilities and resources", Looking also at the piece of entrepreneurship, you will agree with me that they are all products of my considerations. In my opinion, this is what we can basically own that can sponsor the start to finish of our projects and pursuits, it is also what we can possibly give out to our environment, readily at any given time without stress nor pressure. at any time you loose this basic components, you are consciously requesting to be out of relevance.
i have to bring this up today, because i have seen many people under estimate this components but wants to fly higher in life. this component demands maximum attention and it is important to say at this point that if you have it, you should value, protect and guide it with all diligence, if you don't have them, you will have to pay the price to secure it, because its the basics for productivity and sustainability. We will look at "Inspire, Energize and empower"
INSPIRATION
For every entrepreneur, this is very key, every entrepreneur is a fighter in nature and has a true fighting spirit, Inspiration is that spirit that motivate or urge him to fight even against all odds, it is that positive feelings that drives one to step out of the box, with moves that will enhance productivity, were is little or zero inspirations, many dreams and ideas will only exist only in the mind.
An entrepreneur is a fundamentally an inspiration to the society and to world at large, the things we do either in success or in failure, plays major roles in the life's of people living around us, it can stare up faith or set in depression.
Since we know that that entrepreneurship is not just an act but a lifestyle, we should strive to sustain our inspiration so as to inspire by default the people living around us, your motivations create possibilities were non existed and makes visible what was never seen. You must stay motivated to inspire others and those you inspire, helps build a positive and powerful network. The reason why you are still making waves is because you are a sources of inspiration to many, the day you loose your inspiration, your journey out of relevance is activated. sustain your inspiration to build a community of inspired and motivated individuals.
ENERGIZE
Every productive entrepreneur is an energy carrier, the energy that our society needs is in us, we are energizers by default, we have to make this energy flow through us to as many as are in need of this energy, the true spirit of an entrepreneur is very contagious, its not difficult to get it proviedde there is an encounter with them.
This energy does not just grow by default but you have to intentionally grow it by effective engagement, the more you engage the more easier it is to be shared. this can not be by speaking but should be seen by your productivity and efficiency. I tell you from my experiences this two guys, (productivity & efficiency) , have a voice that louder than all human effort put together, when you energize, its speaks to territories , regions, authorities and principalities. There are many young entrepreneurs who needs this energy and so we must build to full capacity to allow it flow as needed.
EMPOWER
This for me is a combinations of the first two component mentioned above, it is the authority to act, and that is only possible when you have been inspired and energized, the inspiration and the energy move you to action that is void of fear of failure, this is what makes an entrepreneur engages in risk as if there is no barrier or disadvantage, this is the force that makes one only see positivity and effectively reduces the magnitude of negative effect, so much that fear dies a natural death.
This is so important because what we see and feels creates possibilities around our area of influence, what you cant see, cant frighten you, if all you see is positive, then the empowerment will come for effective implementation with very little or zero stress.
If you carefully check through the #be-entrepreneur community, you will see this component playing out in every post, as such i want to say that this community is one of the best place an entrepreneur should be for this components to stay alive and active, i will also say that you practically get your mind exposed to environments were you can access ventilation, see new things and take in some bit of fresh breath so as to stay INSPIRED, ENERGIZE & EMPOWERED".
