Ante esos temores, la sobre carga es abismal del agotamiento, físico, mental y energético, en ese desgaste nos vislumbra la posibilidad de enseñar para que otros nos apoyen. Pero no resulta tan fácil, hay cierta etapa en la que el emprendedor no reconocer, ni otorga la confianza para permitir recibir ayuda, los temores y el exceso de control no nos deja ver como es posible sentir la ligereza, del auxilio y hasta el refuerzo de otros.
En este período del proceso, al poco o al mucho tiempo nos damos cuenta que solo no podemos y nos resulta necesario extender y confiar en las posibilidades que nos brindan otros. Estos son los primeros pasos de la etapa de conformación de equipo.
En este sentido podemos observar como otros pueden llegar a formar ese continente, bajo la misma idea, pero antes es necesaria la distinción de la delegación y otorgarla a quien tenga las habilidades de desarrollar el negocio, con la misma o cercana inspiración y destrezas del propio emprendedor.

In this sense we can see how others can form that continent, under the same idea, but first it is necessary to distinguish the delegation and give it to whoever has the skills to develop the business, with the same or close inspiration and skills of the entrepreneur himself.

Alerta emprendedor… muchas veces no es solo la creencia de poder solo, es también una jugarreta del ego que no es otra cosa que la descalificación de quienes están dispuestos a formar equipo, algo así como que no tienen la profesión que se requiere o simplemente otra creencia limitante que es creer que el otro es un ignorante al punto de descartar ese apoyo, por lo que prontamente estarás saturado, estresado, demandado y agotado. Pudiendo además perder importantes oportunidades en el dogma de no darse abasto y no permitir la contención de los demás.
Delegar siempre será una etapa que nos desafía por un lado a la confianza y por el otro al controlar, verlo como parte de estas brechas nos permite ser vulnerables y salir airosos incrementando el éxito en los negocios, Siempre será esa acción de comisionar tareas para distribuir la carga, poniendo a prueba nuestra capacidad de poder reconocer talentos y de contar con el factor de la responsabilidad como fortaleza del equipo.

Excelente publicación @rosahidalgo ... Así es, emprender nos lleva por un viaje, pero nos enseña a través de errores y aciertos. Y precisamente una de las lecciones más importantes es aprender a delegar, cosa que no es tarea sencilla 💛, pero también está el otro lado, porque creer que podemos hacerlo todo solos es una ilusión que nos agota y limita nuestro potencial 😔

Buenos días @rosahidalgo. Me hiciste recordar una gran frase: Nadie como yo, que se convierte en una muralla para la delegación. Como dices, es un asunto de ego y confianza que no nos permite reconoce y valorar las capacidades del otro.
Delegar es parte del kit que tiene el emprendedor para crecer, pues al no delegar le estamos poniendo un techo a nuestro emprendimiento.
