What's that leadership position you lost and lessons learnt?

![]()

It's another week. Thanks to all those who took part in the just-ended contest. We learned a lot from there. The lessons shared were appreciated, and I know most people who passed them will see that the authors did a great job.

It’s another week and we have come up with another contest to learn and entertain ourselves. Education comes with many things. From the struggle to the leadership aspect. This week’s contest is another leadership. In school, one thing or the other pushed us to aspire to be a prefect or to hold a certain position. But that’s not it, it’s either you win or not. That’s where the interest is this time. Which leadership position did you aspire for and didn’t win?

You had a dream one way or the other. You had a vision to make a change one way or the other. But the people might not see you fit for that position. The people are the delegates who will decide who will be or who will not be. Now share with us which perfection you wanted to be and didn’t win. After that, let us know what you learned from it. I remember when I stood for the senior boys’ prefect in junior high school and didn’t win, the pain and the drama, share with us all that and either it motivated you to keep going or you hung your shirt of leadership. Let’s hear from you.
