I confess that the fact of not being able to be continuous and publish at least once a day bothers me a lot!
Consider that there isn't enough time for other things too, for example I still haven't managed to complete the video for YouTube; it must be said that the weather didn't help since, every time I wanted to record, there was a storm.
Let's also say, among other things, that to be honest it is absolutely not my priority
Of course, despite the adverse weather conditions, I have to be able to optimize the times, also because at least one video a week should be published on YouTube; this is always the case if it becomes part of the priority list again (which is very difficult at the moment)
However, I believe that organization is the basis of everything; when you manage to schedule everything in the right way and set the deadlines respecting them at the end of the day you rarely find yourself behind on anything.
However, I must admit that, in these days, I have done several things; For example, I promised myself to move all the earth that was in the courtyard...
And, as you can see, I managed to complete this task, it took me half a day and a lot of effort but the satisfaction was great.
Among other things, we have also started to use it since just a couple of days ago, together with my Father, we began work on the hut in the garden which will soon become not only a shelter for the autoclave engine and the tank but also a shelter for the tools.
Another thing I have planned is the hydromassage pool; the work has been completed in that area and I have also started the swimming season!
Among the other tasks of these days I have chosen the pediatrician for Samuele, we have made all the requests and the various documents for exemptions and completed a thousand other bureaucratic procedures.
Bureaucracy in Italy is a real plague, but in Calabria it can be even worse because it adds to the disservices of the various bodies and the lack of desire to work of all the employees of these same bodies... but perhaps we will talk about this later another post.
A much more pleasant undertaking, but one that still takes time, was the organization of Samu's baptism; with Reny we have already chosen and booked the wedding favors and we have also organized for afterwards; we will have a fantastic aperitif (reinforced, therefore practically a lunch) in a historic villa located on Via Marina in Reggio Calabria.
I'm not here to tell you that the location is truly fantastic!
Naturally everything will be restricted to the family only because even if in my region every event is celebrated with a lunch that often borders on dinner and with one hundred thousand guests, as the good Caparezza says... We, we can't afford it!
Another important thing that I have to complete in the next few days is replacing the car tires; I have already ordered them and am waiting to receive them, I necessarily have to replace them before our departure on June 2nd.
On June 3rd we have Samuele's check-up visit and he must also have a booster vaccine.
On that occasion we decided together with Reny that we will take the opportunity to take a couple of days off, we will certainly spend them on Lake Bracciano so as to always be close to Rome just in case.
We would have had to stop anyway, so it would be better to move a few kilometres, enjoy beautiful landscapes and also spend a little less money to stay overnight (money which we will probably spend on food anyway... but when it comes to eating, money isn't never wasted!)
So, among the things to complete before this departure, there is certainly the video to post on Youtube (more as a challenge than a priority, as I said just above), I also have to finish the work on the tool shed and replace the tires.
In short, if we also consider work, I would say that I have a lot of things to do!
However, given that despite my various commitments I am someone who doesn't like to neglect well-being, in addition to the swimming season, on Sunday evening I also inaugurated the Barbecue season!
Consider that I am following a purely vegetarian diet and I treat myself to a "carnivorous evening" once or twice a month, so next time you will surely see courgettes and aubergines on the grill eh eh!

Ed eccomi, come promesso ieri, per l'aggiornamento... Quindici giorni sono tanti quindi non mancano certo le cose da scrivere!
Ti confesso che il fatto di non riuscire a essere continuo e a pubblicare almeno una volta al giorno mi disturba parecchio!
Considera che il tempo non basta anche per altre cose ad esempio ancora non sono riuscito a ultimare il video per YouTube; c'è da dire che il meteo non ha aiutato visto che, tutte le volte che volevo registrare, c'è stato il nubifragio.
Diciamo anche, tra l'altro, che per essere sinceri non è assolutamente una mia priorità
Certo, al netto delle avverse condizioni meteorologiche devo riuscire a ottimizzare i tempi, anche perché, su Youtube almeno un video a settimana andrebbe pubblicato; questo sempre se dovesse tornare a far parte della lista delle priorità (cosa al momento molto difficile)
Credo comunque che alla base di tutto ci sia l'organizzazione; quando riesci a scadenzare tutto nella giusta maniera e a incastrare i tempi rispettandoli alla fine della giornata raramente ti trovi in arretrato di qualcosa.
Devo comunque ammettere che, in questi giorni, ho fatto parecchie cose; mi ero ad esempio ripromesso di spostare tutta la terra che era nel cortile...
E, come puoi vedere, sono riuscito a portare a termine questo compito, mi ci è voluta mezza giornata e un bel po' di fatica ma la soddisfazione è stata tanta.
Tra l'altro abbiamo anche iniziato ad utilizzarla visto che proprio un paio di giorni fa, insieme a mio Padre, abbiamo cominciato i lavori nella capanna in giardino che diventerà presto oltre che riparo per il motore dell'autoclave e per la cisterna anche capanno degli attrezzi.
Altra cosa che ho sistema è la piscina idromassaggio; in quella zona i lavori sono ultimati e ho anche provveduto a iniziare la stagione dei bagni!
Tra le altre incombenze di questi giorni ho provveduto alla scelta del pediatra per Samuele, abbiamo fatto tutte le richieste e i vari documenti per le esenzioni e portato a termine mille altre pratiche burocratiche.
La burocrazia in Italia è una vera e propria piaga, in Calabria però può essere anche peggio perché si somma ai disservizi dei vari enti e alla poca voglia di lavorare di tutti i dipendenti di questi stessi enti... ma di questo magari ne parleremo in un altro post.
Impegno molto più piacevole, ma che comunque prende tempo, è stata l'organizzazione del battesimo di Samu; con Reny abbiamo già scelto e prenotato le bomboniere e abbiamo anche organizzato per il dopo; faremo un fantastico aperitivo (rinforzato, quindi praticamente un pranzo) in una villa storica che si trova sulla via Marina di Reggio Calabria.
Non sto qui a dirti che la location è davvero fantastica!
Naturalmente il tutto sarà ristretto solo alla famiglia perché anche se nella mia regione ogni evento si festeggia con un pranzo che spesso confina nella cena e con centomila invitati, come dice il buon Caparezza... Noi, non ce lo possiamo permettere!
Altra cosa importante che devo portare a termine nei prossimi giorni è la sostituzione delle gomme dell'auto; ho già provveduto a ordinarle e sono in attesa di riceverle, devo necessariamente sostituirle prima della nostra partenza del 2 giugno.
Il 3 di giugno abbiamo la visita di controllo di Samuele e deve fare anche il richiamo di un vaccino.
In quell'occasione abbiamo deciso insieme a Reny che approfitteremo per prenderci un paio di giorni di vacanza, sicuramente li passeremo sul Lago di Bracciano in modo da essere sempre vicini a Roma per ogni evenienza.
Tanto ci saremmo comunque dovuti fermare pertanto, meglio spostarsi di qualche chilometro, godere di bei paesaggi e spendere anche qualche soldo in meno per pernottare (soldi che poi comunque spenderemo probabilmente per il cibo...ma quando si tratta di mangiare i soldi non sono mai sprecati!)
Quindi, tra le cose da portare a termine prima di questa partenza, c'è sicuramente il video da postare su Youtube (più come sfida che come priorità, come dicevo poco sopra), devo anche terminare i lavori alla capanna degli attrezzi e sostituire le gomme.
Insomma, se consideriamo anche il lavoro, direi che di cose da fare ne ho parecchie!
Comunque, visto che nonostante i vari impegni sono uno che non ama trascurare il benessere, oltre alla stagione dei bagni, domenica sera ho anche inaugurato la stagione del Barbecue!
Considera che sto seguendo una dieta prettamente vegetariana e mi concedo una o due volte al mese una "serata carnivora", pertanto le prossime volte sicuramente sulla griglia vedrete zucchine e melanzane eh eh!
