Hoy les vengo a hablar de mí participación en la final del campeonato interno, en la Hive motion Sport league.
Hi my dears hivers! Today I'm gonna to spoke about hive motion Sport league, championship inside @forcetogrow
Este wod (work of Day) "Trabajo del día" consistió en una sesión corta pero explosiva, la cuál incluía 3 patrones de movimientos.
- knees to cheer (rodillas al pecho).
- Dumbbell snatch (arrancada con mancuerna)
- Burpees sobre la mancuerna
Estos 3 patrones se ejecutaban de la siguiente manera, 2 repeticiones de rodillas al pecho, 2 dumbbell snatch o arrancada de mancuerna y 2 burpees sobre la mancuerna, el tiempo objetivo de esta ronda de ejercicio era de 6 minutos, se iban incrementando de dos en dos, la final estuvo muy reñida, ya que todos finalizamos en la ronda de 12 rodillas al pecho, en mi caso particular yo llegue hasta 12 rodillas al pecho y 10 arrancada con mancuernas, el resto de los participantes se adelantaron en el resto de los patrones.
This wod (work of Day) consisted of a short but explosive session, which included 3 movement patterns.
- knees to cheer (knees to chest).
- Dumbbell snatch (dumbbell snatch).
- Dumbbell burpees
These 3 patterns were executed as follows, 2 repetitions of knees to chest, 2 dumbbell snatch and 2 burpees on the dumbbell, the target time for this round of exercise was 6 minutes, they were increasing by two in two, the final was very close, as we all finished in the round of 12 knees to chest, in my particular case I got to 12 knees to chest and 10 dumbbell snatch.
the rest of the participants were ahead in the rest of the pattern.
Sin duda alguna, fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora. Ya que tuve la gran oportunidad de participar como Atleta y también ser parte de la logística, junto a @crisch23 @kreuter2022 @tsunsica @robert.querales @yonnathang, luego de finalizada la actividad me he dado la tarea de integrar a mis compañeros del crossfit a que se integren al ecosistema de hive, sobre que es una dapp, cómo funciona el mundo de una defi, que es una Blockchain, también he estado enseñandolos a publicar, tal ha sido el caso de @johanguaina @ruben1234 y también fue la primera experiencia dentro del ecosistema de Hive de @leibysda, así como también está fue la segunda actividad pero ya integrado al equipo de trabajo de @robert.querales
el cuál fungió como camarógrafo, del cual estoy agradecido por capturar estos momentos en la competencia.
Without a doubt, it was a very enriching experience. Agradecido a el equipo de hispapro, porque este tipo de actividad en lo personal me sumo mucho, no solo en el área competitiva, sino también en hacer networking, hablar de tecnología que es otra de mis grandes pasiones, y permitir que más personas conozcan sobre la web3.0. Esperemos poder seguir sumando nuevas personas y sumar conocimientos.
I am grateful to the hispapro team, because this type of activity adds a lot to me personally, not only in the competitive area, but also in networking, talking about technology, which is another of my great passions, and allowing more people to know about web3.0.
