Hola hola 👋👋 un grato saludo para mi querido gentil lector, vengo a contarles como fue este reto.
Resulta que por parte de los integrantes de @hiverun específicamente @vandres se creó el reto series de 400m donde se debe correr 400 metros a todo tu potencial descansar para de minutos y repetir hasta obtener como mínimo 4 series.

Hace un poco más de un mes realicé una series de 200 metros, no fueron fáciles y ya después de la segunda serie se notaba que tenía que tomar un poco más de tiempo para recuperación, fueron geniales en aque momento. Ahora para estas de 400 metros sentía que no iba a llegar con la misma velocidad de inicio, a partir de la segunda serie comencé a ver la distancia restante y todavía me faltaban 70metros para culminar pero logré mantener el ritmo. Inclusive hasta realice un RP (récord personal) en 400mtros en esta segunda serie. 🎊🎉 ya para la tercera al finalizarla me sentí exhausto y hasta dude en si realizar la ultima serie que me faltaba, pero después de tomar unos minutos de recuperación la complete pero no al mismo ritmo que las anteriores ya que no quería volver a quedar sin aliento.

Como somos principiantes son 4 series ya para un futuro serán 10 series. Para así desarrollar más resistencia.
Objetivos cumplidos record personal en la segunda serie de 400 metros. Con un tiempo de 1:34 segundos.

Nota: para hacer el reto nos dirigimos hacia una ubicación donde se ve una laguna y un atardecer hermoso como se aprecian en algunas imágenes.

By the end of the third set I felt exhausted and I even doubted if I would do the last set that was missing, but after taking a few minutes of recovery I completed it but not at the same pace as the previous ones because I didn't want to be out of breath again.

As we are beginners are 4 series and for a future will be 10 series. In order to develop more resistance.
