i lost some weight and have been struggling to gain it back.

its important to me, cuz when i got super sic in ph, i got all the way down to 150 lbs and could barely walk

It took me since covid, 2020, to come back to usa and gain weight again back to 180 lbs. (posted that time)

It helps me a lot, even if its just fat.. cuz i fall sometimes and it really can hurt if i dont have the extra cushion

so, this time i got down again, to 160 lbs and got scared that it was too skinny

i am now 171 lbs and i thought i need to be at least 180 again.

but look, now, for the first time in my life.. even now i am 50 years old. (i thought i'll never gain muscle)..

i guess the 100 crunches i been doing every morning is actually working!

You're looking healthy, my friend! Crunches are good. Pushups and dumbbells are my thing, along with a daily walk. I'm sure you'll find what works for you to meet your fitness goals. :)
