Here is my full day of eating on a lean bulking diet, trying to add some muscles without gaining so much fat!

I usually don't count my calories or macronutrients anyomore, because after many years i know how much i am eating on a daily basis... but today i wanted to add every single meal on the myfitnesspal app. Not far from what i thought...

I'm not a bodybuilder and this is 100% what i eat most of the days.. it's not a made up diet for the video.. infact i guess you won't like it 😅

As you can see from the video it's not a common diet with rice, meat and broccoli... but it's more a diet that fits me.
I couldn't eat the same tasteless stuff every single meal, every single day.
I also don't eat veggies most of the times 👀
I use the oats for the fibers instead, and the multivitamins for the micronutrients. 🥬
I also eat milk, chocolate and sugared muesli. 🍫
As i always say, calories IN vs calories OUT is the first and most important stuff when you want to gain or lose weight.
