✨"I had made coffee with an almost minimal touch of milk and I didn't want to waste it. So I decided to freeze it to make a cold coffee or a frappuccino later. And since I haven't been out to a coffee shop for about 2 weeks, it was time to make something at home." @lucianav

✨"Wiener coffee (Wiener melange) is special for me. A professor from Austria took my friend and me to a cafe "Shinshin Dou" close to our university in Kyoto, Japan and showed Wiener coffee.
After 10 years, I had a chance to do part of my PhD research at her place. She said just "Yes, come!" when I asked that I could do it at her place." @akipponn

✨"The most common among the flavour notes is the fruity notes that arise in the cup. Fruity notes range from extreme sweet tropical fruits to subtle sweetness of the fruit.
