Greetings coffee loving community, I wish you an excellent day together with your loved ones. On this occasion I want to share with you my experience with vanilla coffee. To tell you a little about this coffee is the first time I consume it and it was a gift that a very dear friend gave me when I saw the packaging I never imagined it had vanilla.
My friend lives in the United States and on one of his visits to Venezuela he brought me this coffee and when he prepared it we were pleased at home with the delicious aroma that this coffee has, in itself coffee has a very pleasant aroma and when mixed with vanilla it is even better. At home we liked it very much and I tell you that we manage it with austerity, we have already several months with the bag of coffee and when we prepare this delicious drink we do it in a small dose so that it can yield and last us longer.
We have prepared it in various ways with milk which we call in Venezuela guayoyo and a clear coffee. I usually drink it in the afternoons when I am doing my activities, in my country it is a very delicious coffee and I really enjoy it.
Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages worldwide, in my country as in many other countries it is common to drink coffee in the morning and in the afternoon, it is also the perfect excuse to share with family and friends accompanied with delicious cookies, bread or dessert, A very curious fact is that many people usually eat cake accompanied with their respective cup of coffee. Personally I like light coffee and also coffee with milk that has enough foam as I do not have at home a machine to prepare this drink with a lot of foam I choose to take it to the blender at a not very hot temperature, blend it with the milk and in this way I obtain the coffee with milk that I like creamy and with abundant foam.
To prepare this delicious coffee I first started by adding two cups of water in a saucepan.
Then I added two tablespoons of coffee
I then brought to a boil over high heat.
At the end of the cooking time, I removed from the heat and strained
I then added two spoonfuls of sugar to sweeten my coffee.
Finally, I served it in a cup and accompanied it with some delicious cookies.
