It is the joy of every man to have his own child but there are some factors that makes guys run away from it, it is a responsibility that needs money or else it would look like we bring an angel to the world to suffer and also put ourself in an uncomfortable situation trying to make ends meet to feed the family.

In my country, the poverty level is on a high rate and one of the factors is because parent failed to plan, I don't see a reason why someone whose income is below 100 000 naira would have 3 children, the salary can't be enough to take care of those kids, 100k is even small to take care of 1 children talkless of 3! but the twist of this is that we have people earning less than this and they have 5 to 6 children!
Such act becomes a problem to the society because if parents can take care of their children, some of these children turn to the street and engage in lot of vices just to survive and this is why the crime rate in my country is alarming.
The funny part of this is that, you will see the rich people having 2 to 3 children while the poor ones are the one giving birth to dozens, I think lack of education is another reason why some people born many children as they do not know how to control it.
They need knowledge on family planning and other way to avoid pregnancy and this is the part I think the government needs to come in by employing people to lecture the citizens and spread awareness in the country.

The world is populated, even though we still have a vast area of land that is not yet being used by humans but still I feel the world is over populated and there was a day I actually think about it that Government needs to make a rule on the numbers of children a family can have and I think 4 should be the maximum.
The four should be for people who earn enough to take care of the kids, there should be a punishment for people that violate the rules so people can take it serious.
Citizens should be happy I would never be the president of this country because there are many rules i will make and there will be severe punishment for the law breakers.
1 year imprisonment for men who impregnante ladies and refuse to take responsibility for the baby.
2 years imprisonment for babies that allow a man to take care of another man's baby without his knowledge.
1 year imprisonment for those who violate the 4 children max rule.
There are many thing running on my mind but no point since I won't be the president so you guys are lucky lol.
I hope someday the government will make a law on the number of children parents can have, it will save the country and its economy and the rate of poor people will decrease too, I pity those who have more than the mouth they can feed, this is why some men die early because the burden on them is too much for them to handle alone.
To crown it all, I doubt there is going to be a rule on this but as the fathers and upcoming fathers, only give birth to the number of children you can take good care of.

Honestly, I agree with you. I think the problem with some people is that they fail to plan ahead. They only plan for the next day or the next week instead of looking at the bigger picture.
The world is already harsh so why bring a child into the world to suffer.
