Children's intelligence is often underestimated by those who are older than them, be it a teenager or an adult, even the parents and closest relatives of these children sometimes don't understand how intelligent they are, they just can't demonstrate it consciously. . Of course, at certain times without anyone talking or explaining how to do it, they end up being able to demonstrate surprising intelligence.
In this case, I can talk about my daughter, who is obviously the child I have followed the most in terms of evolution, I have never interacted much with children in my life, but with my daughter I followed everything from an early age and I was impressed by how she, at a young age I was able to do some things that for me were too complex for a child. If I remember correctly, for example, when she was around 5 years old, she demonstrated incredible intelligence in moving around the house and reaching high places for her.
But what was it all like? For us, simple: my little one, at that age, was able to gather some things to climb and reach bigger places, I remember that we had a bookcase that was in the living room and it was even tall (for a 5 year old child then) and my daughter He took some cushions and placed them on top of each other, so he could climb up. Of course all of this is dangerous, but I kept a close eye on it. After some time, I noticed that she stopped reaching for cushions and would always try to reach for a chair, whether small toy chairs or even large table chairs, to try to climb onto them and thus reach what she wanted.

At other times, I remember when she wanted to get off the sofa, and instead of simply getting down or trying to jump, she would throw a pillow on the floor and step on it. My mind went crazy, how could a 5 year old think that? Placing the cushion on the floor to soften the impact of descending or protecting yourself from a fall, even if rudimentary, seemed incredible to me.
Well, that was just one example that surprised me, my girl generally started walking, talking, reading and writing very early, not perfectly, but those who have been with us for longer say they noticed her rapid evolution. I remember that during her development, she could often demonstrate by pointing her finger or trying to speak and articulate when she wanted something, like, for example, a glass of water or wanted to get a toy, she always tried to communicate. Speaking of communication, for me it was all super natural, but my mother, who is a psychopedagogue and has worked with children for over 20 years, told me that my little one really developed out of the average.
Of course, these are just a few examples, I believe that every child has their potential and often we don't even realize it, but they have an intelligence demonstrated in a way that we don't expect. At their age, communication is still something unknown, there's not much point in trying to teach it, but even so, they seem to understand some things and if they don't understand, with the act of trying to do it alone in their own way, they demonstrate this incredible hidden intelligence to everyone. those around testify.

A inteligência das crianças, muitas vezes, é subestimada por quem é mais velha do que elas, seja um adolescente ou adulto, até mesmos os pais e parentes mais próximos dessas crianças às vezes não entendem como elas são inteligentes, apenas não conseguem demonstrar isso conscientemente. Claro que em certos momentos sem ninguém falar ou explicar como fazer, elas acabam por conseguir demonstrar uma inteligência surpreendente.
Neste caso, posso falar sobre a minha filha, que obviamente é a criança que mais acompanhei em termos de evolução, nunca fui de interagir muito com crianças em minha vida, mas, com a minha filha acompanhei tudo desde cedo e fiquei impressionado em como ela, com pouca idade conseguia realizar algumas coisas que para mim eram para ser complexas demais para uma criança. Se não me falha a memória, por exemplo, quando ela tinha uns 5 anos, ela demonstrava uma inteligência incrível para se movimentar pela casa e alcançar lugares altos para ela.
Mas, como era tudo isso? Para nós simples: minha pequena com essa idade, conseguia ir juntando algumas coisas para subir e alcançar lugares maiores, lembro de que tínhamos uma estante que ficava na sala e ela era até alta (para uma criança de 5 anos então) e a minha filha foi pegando algumas almofadas e colocando uma em cima da outra, para assim conseguir subir. Claro que tudo isso é perigoso, mas ficava de perto observando isso. Depois de algum tempo, percebi que ela parou de pegar almofadas e sempre tentava pegar alguma cadeira, seja as pequenas de brinquedo ou cadeiras grandes mesmo de mesa, para tentar subir nelas e assim alcançar o que ela desejava.
UnsplashPode parecer algo simples, mas para mim, ficava impressionado com essa capacidade de pensar para resolver um problema ou alcançar um objetivo. Em outros momentos, lembro de quando ela queria descer do sofá, e no lugar de simplesmente descer ou tentar pular, ela jogava uma almofada no chão e assim descia pisando nela. Minha mente entrava em loucura, como uma criança de 5 anos conseguia pensar isso? Colocar a almofada no chão para amenizar o impacto de descer ou se proteger de uma queda, mesmo que rudimentarmente, isso me parecia ser algo incrível.
Bem, esse foi apenas um exemplo que me surpreendeu, minha menina de forma geral começou a andar, falar, ler e escrever bem cedo, não perfeitamente, mas quem está no nosso convívio há mais tempo conta que notou a rápida evolução dela. Lembro que durante o seu desenvolvimento, muitas vezes ela já conseguia demonstrar apontando o dedo ou tentando falar e articular quando ela queria algo, como, por exemplo, um copo de água ou queria pegar um brinquedo, ela sempre tentou se comunicar. Falando em comunicação, para mim era tudo super natural, mas, a minha mãe, que é psicopedagoga e trabalha com crianças há mais de 20 anos, me contou que minha pequena se desenvolveu realmente sendo fora da média.
Claro que isso tudo são apenas alguns exemplos, acredito que toda criança têm seu potencial e muitas vezes nem percebemos isso, mas elas possuem uma inteligência demonstrada de um jeito que não esperamos. Em sua idade que comunicação ainda é algo desconhecido, não adianta muito tentarmos ensinar, mas, mesmo assim, elas parecem compreender algumas coisas e se não compreendem, com o ato de tentar realizar sozinhas de sua maneira, elas demonstram essa inteligência oculta incrível para todos aqueles ao redor testemunharem.

She is good learner and her grasping power is amazing that by she is able to shows such amazing activities.
She has a really good perception of things, I noticed this very early on and I found it incredible that at a young age she's already doing some really cool things that I thought she wouldn't do.

a verdade é que a gente subestima demais as crianças e, às vezes, atrapalhamos até mesmo que se tornem grandes gênios por não acreditar no potencial
Isso é um bom ponto que me fez refletir, acho que em certos momentos tenho cortado o potencial dos meus filhos por nao acreditar neles. Vou tentar deixar eles com mais liberdade para pensar e tentar resolver os problemas e eu ficando de longe observando caso precisem de ajudar. Ótimo ponto o/
