Two views side by side

Hello dear Hiveans!

The Labor Day holiday is passing by in the eastern part of the world where I live and here we get 5 days of holidays during the labor day. This is the perfect time for people living in Beijing and the surrounding area to visit to tourist spots and have outdoor activities. The temperature in Beijing has risen to the comfortable zone and hasn't exceeded the irritating zone as more than 30 degrees centigrade or more than 30 degrees centigrade.

As the temperature has risen to the comfortable zone and the natural beauty has changed with the end of the bitter cold. And I can say that the current time is the best period for traveling in Beijing as the trees have got new leaves and a greenish scenario is explored on the street. I have a sudden visit to the Beijing city area this Wednesday, the first day of my holidays. And truly speaking I have enjoyed walking in this street of one of the best parts of Beijing.

Today I want to tell the untold story about the two different scenarios of the modern Beijing city which has a great modernity with sky-touching buildings and all the modern streets with all the technological advancement in each of the buildings. On the other hand, there are some parts of the city where you can fell the old city of Beijing from the narrow streets to the old structural buildings which are also single floors and have fewer touches of modernity surrounding these streets.

The old area of Beijing city is just beside the Forbidden Kingdom where you can see the old view of the city. The most attractive thing that got my notice is the row of so many old trees by the road which are so large that they cover all the roads with their cold shade. The extremely hot weather will be much comfortable on such roads, with so many large trees. These trees are making the road so beautiful and soothing to have a walk.

I found many telephone booth which are from the 90s I think and people don't use them nowadays. May be some emergencies can be sent to the authorities I guess, but it reminds me of the booths that have already disappeared from the backward countries in Bangladesh but such thing is still used in Beijing as a tradition that has been used for centuries.

Also, the flowers on the roadside trees are another attraction during this time and there are many trees that are full of different types of flowers. But there is an associated problem like the flower particles flying in the air that may discomfort many people who have some allergic health issues.

I found the dragon on the most famous street of Beijing known as the Wangfujing street in old Beijing just beside the famous Hutongs situated where the old city structures are preserved.

Wangfujing street is the best street to for shopping with the most world-famous brand shops here. Besides the age-old traditional Chinese ornaments and hand-crafts are also found in these large shopping complexes.

The place is also very crowded due to the holidays and many people are walking by these roads. The passers-by are taking a rest here and there and enjoying their precious time with their friends and family members.

I saw many street food shops though the street becomes busier during the evening time I visited the area in the afternoon still, and there were a lot of people.

I saw some traditional shops some clothes, sweatmeats, bakeries, and some drinks in different locations on these streets. Most importantly, these shops are also made without the touch of modernity. It completely reflects the old tradition of the Beijing city.

After a lot hours, I came back to my living place in the evening and enjoyed the day with too much exploration of the city where I have been living for more than 4 years but I didn't visit earlier.

Thank you so much for your time and attention. Hope to catch you at the next.
Have a nice day.

Dear @tanzil2024 !
Hassan!
I assumed that the spring in Beijing would be very hot and dry and that there would be a lot of sand storms in the desert!

I find it interesting how Beijing is divided into modern and traditional streets!
The Chinese have always believed that rivers, mountains, and lakes are the biggest elements of the world. The Chinese have always believed that rivers, mountains, and lakes are the biggest elements of the world. So, I guessed that a waterway was built along the traditional streets of Beijing to allow the river to flow!

I find it interesting that there are old traditional streets around the Forbidden City!
I think Chinese people tend to value tradition more than modernity!

Hassan!
Do you think there are palaces comparable to the Forbidden City in the Indian subcontinent?😃
