En este mundo agitado
en el que todos vivimos
estresados y angustiados
a menudo nos sentimos
Ya no nos queda tiempo
para la familia atender
solo trabajo y trabajo
hacer todo y nada hacer
No vivimos, solo actuamos
en medio de la tormenta
se nos va la vida entera
casi sin darnos cuenta

apliquemos sin tardanza
escuchar en el silencio
un susurro de esperanza
Aceptar la mano amiga
