La Península de San Carlos ubicada en el municipio insular Almirante Padilla, es un playa muy cercana al Mar Caribe, donde muchos turistas lugareños van a dicho lugar a disfrutar de sus aguas, cabe destacar que es una playa bastante limpia y hermosa, que agarrado mayor fuerza turística con el pasar de los años, debido a que sus aguas no se encuentran afectadas con la gran contaminación que posee el lago de Maracaibo, el agua posee una temperatura bastante agradable.

Cuando hablamos de la temperatura del agua me refiero que es fría y totalmente, nos podemos refrescar con la temperatura que posee, el color que posee es un azul con tonalidad verde agua puesto ya que esta agua es una combinación con el mar caribe debido a la cercanía que posee con el Golfo Venezolano y el hermano fronterizo país de Colombia, ya que la Guajira Colombiana se encuentra bastante cerca del lugar, en este lugar una de las principales fuentes de trabajo que sustenta al pueblo es la actividad pesquera.

A lo largo de la extensión de la playa, podemos encontrar, aproximadamente mas de 300 metros, de orilla que se puede encontrar a lo largo de la periferia del sitio, se encuentran toldos en la orilla cada uno posee una mesa con cuatro sillas, bastante económicos en 5$, también venden pescado frito de distintas clases tambien a bajo costo, como un lugar que se lleva coco partido donde puedes ir a desgutar de de deliciosos cocteles a orillas del mar.
Along the extension of the beach, we can find, approximately more than 300 meters, of shore that can be found along the periphery of the site, there are awnings on the shore each one has a table with four chairs, quite economic in 5$, they also sell fried fish of different classes also at low cost, as a place that takes coconut party where you can go to desgutar of delicious cocktails at the edge of the sea.
Por último, el agua no es muy calmada ya que existe gran volumen de de olas, en la arena existen diversas piedras de mar como tambien caracolas, también se puede disfrutar de una lancha con banana para que puedan reirse, disfrutar cono también poder gozar de esta hermosa playa que se encuentra no tan lejana de Maracaibo justamente a dos horas.
Finally, the water is not very calm because there is a large volume of waves, in the sand there are several sea stones as well as shells, you can also enjoy a banana boat so you can laugh, enjoy as well as to enjoy this beautiful beach that is not so far from Maracaibo just two hours away.
