"One of the things that I did not like is that the trail is full of signs indicating the things that can not be done and the places that can not be accessed and people seemed to ignore it in a way that called much attention.

It seems unbelievable that instead of visiting the place and respecting the rules to preserve the place so as to alter it as little as possible, they had no qualms about violating the park's regulations. A real shame."

🥉 Exploring Higger Tor and the KitKat Stones by @ellenripley

"From the road, it's only a short walk to the summit but a little uneven and rocky at first. The views from the top were stunning although a little misty this morning. It is even better in the summer and autumn period when the purple heather is out. I've only been here once before, so I was looking forward to a return visit, especially to see the KitKat stones."
