Finally, you can get directly to the most important moment of my visit to the Karelian mountain Votto-Vaara.
These are stone artifacts whose age goes back so far that, frankly, it is difficult to believe in such numbers.
We are talking about several millennia. Then the reasonable question arises about. the authorship of these structures. Who did this to you? Who is the creator of these stone "seids"? And most importantly, for what purpose were they made?
In my opinion, none of the scientists have dealt with these issues seriously and thoroughly. Everything that can be read about "seida" is written simply by enthusiasts, lovers of all sorts of mysterious phenomena.
And for such people, as you know, the imagination works so powerfully that only a fan of fairy tales can believe their reasoning.
Some seemingly rational explanations related to the movement of an ancient glacier look so unconvincing that they practically arouse no interest and are found below "fabulous" theories in the rating of versions of the origin of the "seids".
There is also a version that modern tourists did it. In principle, if desired and in the presence of strong men, you can install such a small stone on these three legs.
But the problem with this explanation lies in the fact that this particular "seid", which I photographed so carefully, was first discovered long before Votto-Vaara became a place of pilgrimage for crowds of people obsessed with mysticism.
If everything is quite real with such a small stone, then what about huge multi-ton blocks? Even now, they cannot be moved without special equipment, and they are several thousand years old.
There are only riddles, and there are no answers to the questions.
I read that people disappear on this mountain because there is supposedly a portal to other dimensions here.
I declare firmly that no one from our group has disappeared anywhere)))
