Una de las cosas que e aprendido en mi maternidad es no pasar mis miedos a mis pequeños y bueno de pequeña le tenia terror a ir al odontólogo bueno y a los medicos en general jajajaj realmente odio ir a consulta de lo que sea , mi hija empezó al proceso de votar sus dientes y ya debía llevarla a su consulta con su odontopediatra sin embargo lo había postergado primero porque estaba buscando una ideal con gran experiencia y paciencia para ella y también porque sentía que iba tener miedo sin embargo un día me dijo mamá cuando me llevarás al dentista quiero ir y bueno fue cuando empecé buscar a la odontopediatra y me recomendaron una que realmente fue maravillosa no quería llevarla a un odontólogo sino a una odontopediatra que es encargada de tratar con niños y así favorece a qué el trato sea lo más divertido posible y que vea el ambiente de la clínica dental divertido que no le genere miedo, que fue lo que me pasó a mi le agarre pánico al odontólogo desde pequeña .
One of the things I have learned in my motherhood is not to pass on my fears to my little ones and well as a child I was terrified of going to the dentist and doctors in general hahahahahahaha I really hate going to the dentist for anything, my daughter started the process of voting her teeth and I had to take her to her pediatric dentist but I had postponed it first because I was looking for an ideal with great experience and patience for her and also because I felt that I would be afraid but one day she told me mom when you take me to the dentist I want to go. Well, that's when I started looking for a pediatric dentist and I was recommended one that was really wonderful. I didn't want to take her to a dentist but to a pediatric dentist who is in charge of dealing with children and that way she would see the environment of the dental clinic as fun as possible and that she wouldn't be afraid of it, which is what happened to me, I was terrified of the dentist since I was a little girl.
Salimos un día de chicas al odontopediatra, papá y Ethan quedaron en casa , al llegar nos recibió la odontóloga muy feliz tiene gran empatía y atiende por citas por lo que solo estábamos solo nosotras algo maravilloso ya que si otro niño se asusta y llora a todos los demás les pasa lo mismo, en la sala de espera había una mesa con sillita para jugar con juguete aluciente al dentista había un José comelón el cual es un juguete que ellos tienen y esa comiquita les gusta mucho así que Nina se sentó a jugar hasta que nos llamaron para pasar .
We went out one day as girls to the pediatric dentist, dad and Ethan stayed at home, when we arrived we were greeted by the very happy dentist, she has great empathy and attends by appointment so we were the only ones there, something wonderful because if another child is scared and cries, the same thing happens to everyone else, In the waiting room there was a table with a little chair to play with a toy that looked like the dentist, there was a toy that they have and they like it very much so Nina sat down to play until they called us to come in.
Cuando pasamos Nina se portó muy bien se sentó en la camilla, la odontopediatra le contaba historias y la dejaba usar cada instrumento para que ella no tuviera miedo y hasta un espejo le dió para que fuera observando todo , le hicieron limpieza y aplicación de flúor ,le enseñaron como es el adecuado cepillado y la importancia de tener una alimentación sana y libre de azúcares para cuidar y mantener una buena higiene bucal, Nina salió muy feliz de su consulta y hasta obtuvo un obsequio le regalaron un estuche en forma de ratón 🐭 para meter su próximo diente que se caiga y le colocaron unos stickers de carita feliz 😀 de que se portó muy bien, en esta consulta duramos alrededor de una hora y media la doctora explica cada cosa al pie de la letra y además les saco unos juguetes a nina para jugar mientras me explicaba a mi cada tema.
When we went in Nina behaved very well, she sat on the stretcher, the pediatric dentist told her stories and let her use every instrument so she wouldn't be afraid and even gave her a mirror so she could observe everything, they cleaned her and applied fluoride, they taught her how to brush properly and the importance of having a healthy diet free of sugars to care for and maintain good oral hygiene, Nina came out of her consultation very happy and even got a gift, they gave her a case in the shape of a mouse 🐭 to put her next tooth that falls out and they put some stickers with a happy face 😀 because she behaved very well, in this consultation we lasted about an hour and a half, the doctor explained each thing to the letter and also took some toys for Nina to play while she explained each topic to me.

Me llamo la atención que mencionaste que los niños muchas veces resultan mas valientes que nosotros.
A mi también me da un poco de miedo ansiedad la silla odontológica.
Pero cuando me toco llevar a mi hija ella iba encantadisima de ir al odontologo,no se parecía en nada a la mamá.🤗🤗

Tu niña es muy valiente amiga, se porto genial aparte de que la doctora hizo un buen trabajo dejando que la niña entrara en confianza porque hasta yo le temo ir al odontologo je je.
