Most children uses the F word carelessly because they hear adults using it and thus needs to be guided. Indirectly, you corrected Ben by sending him home, you didn't overreact but did the needful and I expected the mum to play her part on Ben even after the phone call. Home rules is important and should be followed without compromise. After all it's all about learning lessons for the better

I cannot be sure what Ben’s mom did because she was not happy that I sent home her son. However, it is not my business.😀 I know Ben learnt something that day.
