Hoy iniciando en esta hermosa Comunidad de Amazing Drinks usado la aplicación de #Inleo compartiendo una deliciosa bebida de mango. Gracias al amigo @anomadsoul por invitarme hacer aquí mis publicaciones.

El mango es una fruta tropical abundante en estos climas cálidos y fuertes, se desarrollan más y producen muchas más frutas.
Preparé ésta deliciosa bebida de mangos pintones que están empezando a madurar. Es muy bueno y nutritivos para desayunar o merendar también se puede tomar en cualquier hora del día. Ésta fruta es muy rica en vitaminas "C" entre otras vitaminas y otros nutrientes importante para mantenernos sanos y fuertes.

Mango is an abundant tropical fruit in these hot and strong climates, they develop more and produce many more fruits. I prepared this delicious drink with pintones mangoes that are starting to ripen. It is very good and nutritious for breakfast or snack and can also be taken at any time of the day. This fruit is very rich in vitamins "C" among other vitamins and other nutrients important to keep us healthy and strong.

Existen una gran variedad de tipos de mangos en mi país; Magos de hilachas o mangotin, mangos piñas, mangos cambur, mangos jobos, mangos de bocados, mango tino, entre otras clases o tipos de mangos. Son muy abundantes en tiempos de cocecha que hasta se pierde las frutas arrumadas en los patios de las casas en diferentes sitios de mi País.
Con esta fruta podemos realizar diferentes recetas como; jaleas, tortas, panquecas, dulces, mermeladas y bebidas.

There are a great variety of types of mangoes in my country; Mangotin or yarn mangoes, pineapple mangoes, cambur mangoes, jobo mangoes, morsel mangoes, tino mango, among other classes or types of mangoes. They are very abundant during harvest times that even the fruits stored in the patios of houses in different parts of my country are lost. With this fruit we can make different recipes such as; jellies, cakes, pancakes, sweets, jams and drinks.

Pasos para preparar el deliciosa bebida.

Steps to prepare the delicious drink.

2 ) Después de estar blandos lo saqué del agua caliente en un plato para que se enfríen y empezar a quitar la piel y extraer la pulpa con una cuchara.

3 ) Luego se mete la pulpa a la licuadora.
