Regarding your question, .crypto domains are usually the most demanded given their versatility to safeguard multiple cryptocurrencies, however clearly these domains are usually created for speculative purposes.

All domain names have value. It is nice that the blockchain domains have gotten rid of the exorbitant renewal fees making such names more valuable for the holders.
