Greetings, my lovely Splinterverse fellows. I hope everyone is doing fantastic and having fun with the game every day. We are celebrating the 6th anniversary of the game which is a great milestone. Hundreds of blockchain games has been grounded and hundreds are suffering but the excellent community of Splinterlands and the devoted develper team is really amazing to keep the show move on. Hundreds of players have changed their life with tis game over the yeas and many have taken it like a profession that really motivates the game. The development team made a wise choice with their every step towards the plan, which includes a future endeavor to put certain mechanisms in place to benefit all the players throughout these years. The game will undoubtedly become more realistic and player-focused in the future.
My journey with Splinterlands starts in August 2021. I created my account and bought the Spellbook in July and started buying cards in August to play the game. I bought some cards after being entertained a lot by learning the abilities, game rules, and so on. Luckily that time I was searching for a suitable guild and I found a guild and I started my full journey with a lot of support from the guild members. I came to know about their strateges and followed them to do better in the gameplay. Many things changes and many games has already come into arket and lost forwever. But Splinterlands is the only game that is still sustaining with it's greater potentiality and the community is so happy with the game.
That time I didn't put a lot of my funds as new but I got it was a great mistake as that time the price of everything was so cheap but I invested a small amount of money in buying quest potions to have some more reward cards. But now, buying quest potions is gone but those cards are still expensive that I have earned that time. In this post, I want to share my journey, my motivation, evaluation, future plans, my mistakes or lack of knowledge that I think I should share with you, especially for the new players.

I am very happy to enjoy the fun in the game with a lot of excitement and further additional things are on the way with the LAND EXPANSIONS as currently 1.5 version is released, NEW CARDS, NEW SPELLS, and ITEMS which will make the game more interesting in coming days. Therefore, I am looking toward 2025, not with the present scenario, and I am quite positive on SPS. The game will be more enjoyable when lands, spells, artifacts, and new cards are integrated in the future. The game will be more stable overall as a result of its decentralization. With my Splinterlands properties, I am doing well in this steady market, which is fantastic. Additionally, I am receiving the SPS from the daily battle, staking reward and often from the LAND as I own an EPIC PLOT and I have bought some recently from the current clash in the crypto market. Thus, my assets will grow steadily. Furthermore, I am happy with the game's advancements and planned future enhancements.
At the beginning days, I had no idea that there was more way to discover the most effective battle strategies. I've never participated in a competition, and I still can't since I used to be preoccupied with my school work. The fact that Splinterlands supports player experiences, fights, and artwork being shared over the Hive blockchain was something that I was unaware of. You can earn some rewarding votes by writing blog on your strategies and experience while learning the game more effectively in the Hive blogs.
Usually I don't play too much due to my busy schedule but I try to play at least 10-15 battles a day as I gained 24 energy everyday and try to play as much as possible during the free time. And I eaned around 1-1.5 SPS per battle in wind format and around 0.6-1 SPS in modern battle at my current rating. I have around 38k SPS staking that gives a some SPS and voucher rewards everyday.
My future outlook with Splinterlands
I am very happy to enjoy the fun in the game with a lot of excitement and further additional things are on the way with the LAND EXPANSIONS, NEW CARDS, NEW SPELLS, and ITEMS which will make the game more interesting. So, I am very bullish on SPS and I am looking for 2025/2026, not with the current situation while the market is down too much already.
The future integration with lands, spells, items, and new cards will bring more fun to the game.
The free cards from the loot chests with selling opportunities has been removed that will make the card price to increase with more players.
More partnerships will bring a fresh group of players into the game economy!
The decentralization of the game will make it more stable in every aspect with the coming bull season in the crypto universe.
The risk I faced and guidelines for new players
With the crashing market the assets value will decrease and increase over the time but chosing the best assets is important in the game spher with the potentiality of that assets over the years. It is very necessary to evaluate every steps with proper analysing. Though such dumps and pumps is a normal happening in the crypto space the crucial point to be considered is the decision and the official announcement that has been circulated and speculated throughout the internet and among the community. But the good thing is that the Splinterlands community is big enough to handle the illicit wish from any party or whales which is a good thing that I have noticed throughout my Splinterlands lifetime. Still, some of the things that I want to remind the new players to consider during the investments as currently, it is the best time to invest as all the cards are damn cheap to build a strong deck!
Digital assets such as cryptocurrencies are notorious for having high volatility, meaning that their value may change dramatically and quickly. This may have a big effect on users' revenues from games like Splinterlands. Even now, when DEC is less than the set price, I can clearly recall how tough it was for me to earn a single DEC, which was more than a penny at the time.
