Re-branding is Live! These are very exciting news! As someone dedicated to on-boarding and explaining Hive to new users, it was quite difficult to explain what Leo Finance was with the "Finance" in front, even people from Hive struggled to understand the concept, that the UI was now something broader and "Leo Finance" was now a community dedicated to finance. Explaining that made it even more confusing, it was a battle.
Now that the name is not specific to any topic, is way easier to sell it, I'm actually really excited that this happened before a big event where I have to be in a few weeks because it will be easier to talk about the platform.
What can you find InLeo?
Well, there are a lot of things to come, but as it is now:
Microblogging:
This is a twitter like section called Threads. You are completely free to post whatever you want. I rant when the power goes down, I announce upcoming events, talked about my food, asked for advice, gave feedback about bugs, there is no limit ( but have common sense). This microblogging leads to
Micro-earnings.
All this short messages called Threads, can be voted, people does vote most of them, you can too, and you can do as many as you want a day (again, common sense, don't make one main Thread one after the other so it floods the feed, you can make one main Thread leaving a bit of time in between so the feed breathes, but you can reply to as many as you want, one after the other. They can make a few cents each, and at the end of the day you could have a long post worth of rewards by just engaging. And same thing, you can support everyone, if you have a small voting power it would be way more influential on a Thread than on a long form content.
Articles
The Articles section is the long form content. Currently you can use InLeo to post to any community, just like you would form Peakd or Ecency. It's a broad UI that allows to post long form to the blockchain. You can even see posts in your profile made from other front ends, same with the community feeds. These articles are recommended to be a minimum of 300 words. For shorter content we have Threads. The quality is not on the quantity, but 100 words articles are way too short, and don't participate for curation in most curation projects.
Gamification
We have a Leaderboard for different categories, here InLeo pulls the data about the activity of the users and creates five leaderboards. Being there, organically, has some perks like bonuses on curation. We prize the engagement. There is no point to all these features if we are not using them and engaging. But we are humans and we need attractive motivation, so here it is! Turn your activity into a game and enjoy some perks from it! In the future NFT and special uses will be added, so get familiar with this soon.
In this same area, you can also keep your individual activity tracked to compete with yourself, or just to know how you are doing, how much engagement you bring to the blockchain. Definitely use the campaigns to boost these numbers. You have to make at least 6 daily threads, plus keep engaging pass that point. Who doesn't like to see a lot of numbers on the profile haha. I haven't used my referral link yet... gonna have to test it soon.
Customization
We are getting there, check these options you can play with so you get a better experience: we have three brightness modes: light, deemed, and dark, but we also have the options between orange and yellow, so you can choose what you like best and what works for your eyes. And this is the beginning of more options we will have.
Communities
You can access any community and post on any community from InLeo. Also, LeoFinance is not gone, it is a community with the same characteristics as always. And you can see there is a tab that is not on other front-ends, and it is Threads. This is a original feature that filters all the Threads using the community tag and show them in this feed. They will show on the main feed as well, but the community can go right away to what they are interested in. You can create endless threads and have long conversations there, just like if it were your own forum.
Threadcast
Wen you use the #threadcast, and when you clic on activate "live update" you will get the functionality of automatically updating the feed of threads under that threadcast, giving you the possibility of having a live chat during a broadcast for example. Right now you can combine this with a YouTube Live Stream on the main thread, and have the video going while everyone threads at the same time. Might be hard on mobile yet but on pc it works wonderfully.
And you don't need to use it only if there is a broadcast, you can just use the feature to have an ongoing conversation without having to refresh every time. You can also filter by author or chose the order that thread are shown, latest or oldest first.
Explore page
This one is really cool, it allows you to do searches to get to the content you want, and it also has suggestions for you to see and people that is very active creating content and influential in the community for you to follow.
It has search, Who to follow, trending posts, popular communities, and trending tags. What else you need?
No but seriously, What else you need? Use the tag #feedback on Threads and let the team know what should come next on the Explore Page
For you
To finish this post, but not because I'm done but because you have to explore the UI yourself, we have a For You page that feeds on your interactions on the blockchain, so you get a page with filtered content that you might like, so it feels more like home. Of course you can go to latest and see all the feed, but having a For you is a way to find content that we have been needed for a while too. It's not meant to shadow-ban anything nor preventing you from exploring new topics, but to give a familiar sensation when you land on that page.

I was able to catch up with some inleo updates, thanks for this great post.
I'm glad it was useful and you liked it. There is so many features and so many to come that we get behind on the updates if we just use threads, or post. Or even more if we just search the community from other front end haha
