Hey there! It's @ddrfr33k and @chiren, and we've got another awesome update for you! It might seem like we've been quiet for a bit, but that's because we've been hard at work behind the scenes. Now we can talk about something new. Let's be honest, this is kinda awesome...
Rather recently, @shmoogleosukami pulled us aside and offered to help us set up a witness node for Vimm. He caught our attention, and with good reason! This would be a great way for us to give back to the Hive ecosystem, generate some extra income for us, and help us all grow along the way. So we are now an official witness! Here's how you can help:

- Click in the search field on the right side and type "vimm"
- Find this account:
- Click on the check box to vote for our witness

The best part about this witness is that we're going to use it to give back to our community. Our initial plan is to power up the witness rewards we receive and use them to upvote Vimm streams. This means more Hive in your pocket for each of your live streams, too! Once we hit a large enough threshold, we can also pull some out for server costs or other investments as needed. We don't know what that threshold is just yet, but we'll be sure to let everyone know when we finally change over. Because we believe that transparency is a good thing!
This is going to be a great step forward for Vimm, but we can't do it without your help. The higher we rank on the overall list, the more blocks we sign, which turns into more rewards for you.
