An happy Wednesday to you all!
The sky is full of dark clouds over my city, it's raining a little and everything looks grey, but I can add colors all around thanks my brushes and colors and this is so good, I think. ^_^
Watching the sky it seems the time to enjoy the sea and the beach is so far from us, so I thought it was time to paint a new piece of the series I call "Thinking about the sea".
I started to work on the piece yesterday in the late afternoon and this morning (you know I use to wake up soon to work on my artworks) I finished it, so I can share with you the final result:
As you can see, the subject one of my usual women in my illustrative style. Her hair styls is similar to the sea and I added some red fishes and a paper boat too.
It's an oil painting (with some touches of white ink) on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I love to do for you, I took some pics while I was painted her on my small working table so you can see the steps of the process :
I just added this new painting to my Artfinder shop (link at the bottom), hoping she will find a new home!

First I just focused on the sea image, after that I paid attention to more details. it turns out the sea is a woman's hair. your art is truly amazing

I like it a lot, very pleasurable visual. (Just the colours look to me a bit bleak - maybe it is just the photo to blame?.. or you imagined it like that, less saturated?..)
