A new tiny home on an old page of book

in Sketchbook13 days ago

Hello hivers, an happy Thursday to you all! Another rainy day here but I have to send some artworks I sold a couple of day ago and so I opened my umbrella and I went to the postal office.
It was a nice walk under the raindrops, because the way to go the the postal office is along a side of the small river where the ducks live and so I could watch how it's going with their little ones. ^_^

I just come back to my home and now I'm here to share with you a new painting on a old page of book I painted this morning.
In the following pics, you can see the final result:

As you can see, It's one of my usual scenes about home. A little house, a white road and a couple of tiny figures. The page I used came from an old, destroyed copy of the Gitanjali by Tagore (an italian version). Time ago I saved some pages of this book thinking to use them for some artworks, because the word inside of them touched my soul and this morning I used one of the.
It's an acrylic painting with some touches of white ink and, as usual, I took some pics while I was painted it so you can see the process :

Silvia

Wow, you are so resourceful in making your art. I really thought you made a poem about gitanjali, you really have a deep soul for deep meaning in life. 💕

Thanks so much for your nice words!!! 💕

I love how you paint everyday but can you go a day without painting?

I really can't spend a day without drawing or painting. :D

That's creative ✨
