Upcycling old parts of destroyed books: the landscape ! ^_^

An happy Sunday to you all! I hope you are spending a nice day with your family or your friends (or simply just by yourself, in relax).
Here the Sun is shining on the sky, it's really a warm day of May and I spent all the morning cleaning my home and my backyard, while my little furry helper Richy was sleeping hard under my plum tree.

I'm continuing to upcycle the old parts of destroyed books I stored in a corner of my lab and I'm happy to know you the one I painted some days ago (you can see that piece here) found a new home not so far from me and now it's decorating the wall of a nice corner inside the home of my customer! ^_^

Today I'm here to share with you an old cover (from a destroyed book) I just upcicled using acrylic colors and some touches of with ink:

It was a cover of a girl book published around 50 years ago. One of my friend found the destroyed book inside her mom's house and she gave me the cover because she knows I love to upcycle them.

As I use to do for you, I took some pics while I was painted it on my small working table so you can see the process too:
