I use palm oil too but it's when I need to cook beans or cook some soup or stew. I've never heard that palm oil makes one feel sleepy too. Hahaha ๐ I think I have learnt something from Abenad ๐
Normally, food makes me feel sleepy. In fact, as I am typing this, I am feeling sleepy after eating just one noodles oo. But I will force myself not to because I still have a lot to do tonight.
