I am glad to know that your daughter did not sustain any severe injury when she fell with her bicycle and that she feels alright now. She indeed started cycling so early and no doubt she a good cyclist
Here the people that uses bicycle for transportation are mostly people who cannot afford to buy a car or motorcycle.. unlike your place where almost everyone uses bicycle as a means of transportation
When it snows, the ground slips and of course everywhere will be more cold? I do not like too much cold. I hope to survive in a country that snows much.. haha

Thank you @nkemakonam89 - she is doing fine. There are more bicycles than people here. It's an easy way to get around in the city and certainly a way to remain fit. Of course for long distances - people will use other forms of transportation.
I have 2 bicycles. It is more certainly not a status symbol here as people have cars as well.
With nice warm clothes - winter is ok. Maybe you could get used to the cold. It is not too bad.
