I recently took over as the person who handles my mom's medical issues since she is not mentally able anymore. (just needs a RAM upgrade I think :P)
so I emailed her dr's office and updated all the contact info for her. I thought it would take a few days for the system to update, but someone is on it and has already done the updating manually.. (like within an hour!_:)
sometimes I am very thankful for the things we do promptly and right, here in good ole usa.
