FOODlog #1219: Pepperoni Pizza

At our workplace, on Fridays and Saturdays, we have 2 staff meals to prepare. One for dinner and another one for supper. Often for supper we go for a non rice dish since it's very normal that our dinner we eat rice with a couple of dishes.

We often opt for noodles, wraps, sandwiches, burgers, and for last week, we had pizzas. My assistant chef made some pizzas for supper using pepperoni that a friend of mine makes. She gave us some so we used it for making this pepperoni pizza.

For the base we used store bought pizza crusts and then topped it with a spicy tomato sauce that my assistant chef made. It had mince chicken, chilies, mushroom, and onions.

Then it's topped with the pepperoni slices which are slightly spicy too and topped with shredded@ cheese. Then it goes into an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.

The pizza was so delicious especially since I was craving for pizzas just a couple of days before.

The pepperoni was so good and really made the whole pizza dish come together nicely.
