Finally the search period is over. Where I once told all of you in this community that I was looking for a hotel that fit the theme, vision and mission of our school farewell. and after checking many hotels carefully, I finally decided to choose the last hotel we visited, namely the Prima Hotel, which is located on Parbaba Beach, Lake Toba area, Samosir Island and still in my country, Indonesia of course. After one day of being rushed by time and energy, finally this latest discovery made me very happy.
There are several factors why we all chose this Prima hotel as the place where the event started. One of them is the price factor, where the price of one room with a standard size, free breakfast and hot tea in the morning is only priced at IDR. 300,000 or the equivalent of 18 U$ dollars. And this price does not include discounts because we booked 26 rooms at once. Not only that, this hotel also provides free drinking water, both cold and hot, so that our budget for providing drinks whose needs are uncontrolled during events like this can be handled well of course and not be too burdensome for the existing committee.
Apart from the price factor, there are several general reasons why we chose this hotel, namely because it is located on the edge of a lake so students don't have to go too far to be able to swim and play water sports there, the place is flat and not uphill so they don't get tired when going back and forth from their room. and the beach. And my special factors in terms of architecture that you can see are:
1. Hotel seen from the front
Many of you have seen that hotels and homestays around Lake Toba prefer a welcome front door design with a typical local traditional roof design, namely the Batak tradition, and overall this hotel is designed with a national theme with no regional elements. except for those in front of the entrance. Then the plavon at the front of the welcome door is simply designed using brown PVC plavon. And the arrangement of rooms in this orange hotel has 2 floors.
2. Hotel from the side
The hotel from the side will look elongated even though there are only 2 rooms here, but the specialty of these two rooms is that the rooms directly face the beach and in front of this room is my room with the same facilities as the other rooms, namely the availability of AC, wardrobe, television, one standard bed and bathroom inside
3. Restaurants and karaoke places
Not only does it provide hotel rooms, this hotel also provides a restaurant and karaoke place, visitors can enjoy Karaoke facilities for free. And this restaurant can be used when breakfast arrives because breakfast at this hotel is free with a fried rice menu
4. Bedroom
As I said earlier, this bedroom has twin beds and standard beds, while all the facilities in this hotel are the same, namely beds, blankets, towels, wardrobe, dressing table and bathroom in each. rooms with standard white color in each room.
