Good morning to all my hive friends, how are you? Today I have come up with a delicious recipe to share with you. It is very easy to prepare Soya Meat fry. Get ready to elevate the experience with this delicious Soya Meat fry based on plant protein as a special dish to add to rice at your lunch table. .With just a few simple ingredients, this recipe promises to tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving for more. Required Ingredients...
🍀 Soya Meat 30g.
🍀 1 tablespoon of wheat flour.
🍀 1 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
🍀 A little chopped onion.
🍀 2 green chilli pods, finely chopped.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 1 teaspoons of Pepper powder.
🍀 Coconut oil 150ml.
Method of making....
First, take a pot, add hot water to it, add a pinch of salt to it and add some soy meat. Boil it for about 5 minutes.
Then squeeze out the soymeat and put it in a separate bowl and add about 3 tablespoons of wheat flour.
Then take a vessel and add coconut oil to it and keep it on the stove. After the oil is hot, add the soya meat and fry until golden.
Then take a bowl again and add fried soy, fried curry leaves, chili powder, chili powder, chili powder, onion and a little salt to it and mix well.
Then take a pot again and place it on the stove, add about a tablespoon of oil, add the mixed soy meat and fry for about two minutes and remove from the stove.
