Valencia's beaches only offer beautiful sunrises, but there is a way to get beautiful sunsets as well. Drive about 15 km south to the east side of Albufera Lake and then (of course) face west. You'll be spoiled with amazing sunsets, especially on a slightly cloudy but calm day.
If you book a sunset boat tour, this would really be the best.
