Tuesday was a very active and extremely enjoyable day for the first time in long scoring it a solid 9/10. I really do start to feel the increased activity and healthy eating of the past 3 weeks in a very positivae mood and increased fitness along with my skin which is almost fully cleared now. I started out the day with a bit of productivity followed by a walk to the asian Supermarket for my first initial steps. After that I headed home to my parents stopping by the supermarket and the swimming pool. Being a bit early I had time to swim longer and did 2.1km without any issues or fatigue. After that I was spending some time with my mom eating something to take my weekly 2-Hour walk with our dog. I had some quality time with my nieces afterward and headed back to my appartment as I had a dating event planned afterward. This was the first time in a whopping 9 months that I went back to dating. The event was pretty nice especially because there was 1 person I liked enough instantly to actually cross. I will see on wednesday if it's also match but it would be a dissapointment setting me back a couple of days if it wasn't.
In total I ended up doing 26949 Steps on the day bringing my total at 54k on the week already and mt weight keeps dropping as I didn't eat anything unhealthy on the day also keeping food intake limited.
