Hello friends. My refrigerator broke down on a summer day. Since I couldn't find a repairman in the evening, I had to repair it myself.
When I came home last night, I saw water leaking from the refrigerator. The ground was covered in water. When I opened the refrigerator door, the light was on. But there was no engine sound. And it was hot inside the closet. In the freezer section, everything was thawed. It was a terrible sight. The floors were covered in water and the cabinets were completely finished.
I researched similar malfunction causes regarding the brand and model of the cabinet on the internet. And I saw a malfunction so that the refrigerator would not get cold. It happens during seasonal transitions and when the cupboard is too full. There is icing in areas where air currents pass. Due to this icing, the air was not distributed in the refrigerator. The engine starts to work harder. And sometimes the engine would burn.
I read repair articles on different sites. And I watched a few videos. I became more confident that I could fix it. My only hope was that the engine was intact. First I unplugged the cabinet. I unload all the ingredients. I especially threw away every defrosted food. There were meatballs, chicken and fish in the fridge. The cats and dogs in the neighborhood were very happy about this. Then I emptied all the ice. I dried it with a dry cloth. I removed the front panel in the freezer section. And I saw that the inside was filled with a thick layer of ice. We removed the ice by breaking it without damaging the refrigerator. I wiped it again with warm water. I dried the refrigerator with the cloth again.
İn the video, never pour hot water into the cabinet. I followed the warnings not to blow hot air into the closet with a device such as a hair dryer. This could cause cracking or expansion in the refrigerator. In fact, the insulation material inside the cabinet caused the styrofoam to melt. So I opened the closet door. And I kept it at room temperature.
I prayed a lot while plugging in the cabinet. I plugged it in and a minute later I heard the cabinet's motor. Can the sound of a refrigerator make a person happy? Merhaba arkadaşlar. Yaz günü buz dolabım arızalandı. Akşam tamirci bulamadığım için kendim tamir etmek zorunda kaldım.
Dün akşam eve geldiğimde buzdolabından sular sızdığını gördüm. Yerler su içinde kalmıştı. Buz dolabının kapağını açtığımda lambası yanıyordu. Ama motor sesi yoktu. Ve dolap içerisi sıcaktı. Buzluk bölümünde ise her şey çözülmüştü. Berbat bir manzaraydı. Yerler su içinde dolap bitmiş bir haldeydi.
İnternetten dolabın marka ve modeli ile ilgili benzer arıza sebeblerini araştırdım. Ve buzdolabı üşümesin diye bir arıza gördüm. Mevsimsel geçişlerde ve dolabın içinin çok dolu olduğu zamanlarda oluyormuş. Hava akımının geçtiği yerlerde buzlanma oluyormuş. Bu buzlanma sebebiyle hava dolap içinde dağılmıyormuş. Motor daha fazla çalışmaya başlıyor. Ve bazende motor yanıyormuş.
Farklı sitelerden tamirat yazıları okudum. Ve bir kaç tane video izledim. Tamir edebileceğim konusunda kendime güvenim arttı. Tek umudum motorun sağlam olmasıydı. Önce dolabın fişini çektim. Bütün malzemeleri boşaltım. Özellikle buzu çözülen her gıdayı çöpe attım. Dolapta köfte, tavuk ve balık vardı 😭. Mahalledeki kedi ve köpekler buna çok sevinmiştir. Sonra bütün buzları boşalttım. Kuru bez ile kurladım. Buzluk kısmındaki ön paneli söktüm. Ve iç kısım kalın buz tabakası ile dolu olduğunu gördüm..Dolaba zarar vermeden buzları kırarak çıkardık. Ilık su ile tekrar sildim. Buzdolabını tekrar bezle kuruladım.
Videoda kesinlikle dolabın içine sıcak su dökmeyin. Dolabın içine saç kurutma makinası gibi bir aletle sıcak hava vermeyin uyarılarına uydum. Bu buzdolabında çatlama veye genleşmeye sebeb olabiliyormus. Hatta dolap içindeki yalıtım malzemesi straforun erimesine neden oluyormuş. Bundan dolayı dolabın kapısını açtım. Ve oda sıcaklığında beklettim.
Dolabın fişini takarken çok dua ettim🙏. Fişi taktım ve bir dakika sonra dolabın motor sesini duydum. Buzdolabı sesi bir insanı mutlu edebilir mi? Evet bu rahatsız edici sesi duymaktan çok mutlu oldum. Bütün gece çalıştım. Ama emegimin karşılığını aldım.. Dikkat edin buzdolabınızı üşütmeyin. Okuduğunuz için çok teşekkür ederim.
This is really hard work and I congratulate you for being able to do it. Refrigerators break down quickly and they charge a lot of money to fix them. You saved a lot of money by doing it yourself. Does the sound of a refrigerator make you happy?
We had a similar problem with my girlfriend's refrigerator and we were very happy when we heard it working again. The answer is yes 😂
It wasn't a difficult repair. I'm so glad I fixed it myself. Repairs are very expensive. And it's really nice to hear the refrigerator sound
